We had a very wonderful tour guide, Andy. He explained a lot of things in a very interesting way and we could understand very clearly. He was also a very great photographer, helping us take many nice photos at the Great Wall. The lunch place we went to was great, with a private dining area and very yummy food selection. We felt very comfortable with this guide. I think the pricing was a bit pricey, but it’s okay since the company was the only one available that provided this tour to Juyongguan. Thank you for the wonderful guided tour. The driver was also very great and safe on the road. Overall, a great experience!

Cindy was the best tour guide we could have asked for!! I highly recommend booking this tour if you’re planning to visit the Great Wall. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes China feel like home.

This day trip is quite an experience and lots of fun. Enjoy the activities, and the timing is just right. It came with VIP access, so after the river rafting, you can shower at the VIP lounge with free drinks and snacks, and a free bath towel.

A special shout-out to our driver, Master Li! Our tour guide, Master Li, was truly outstanding! He meticulously arranged everything, drove skillfully, knew the routes well, and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. He proactively helped us with our luggage along the way and enthusiastically recommended attractions and travel routes in Western Sichuan, sharing many practical and interesting tips. At each stop, he carefully reminded us of important considerations. He was diligent, responsible, and punctual, making our trip incredibly worry-free and providing a superb experience. Thank you very much. This trip was excellent, like a private tour. Our group only had two people who booked. The driver, Xiao Li, provided excellent service, helping us take photos. We communicated via WeChat and a translation app. Thais can use this service because there aren't many reviews from Thais. We got an SUV with water and oxygen canisters. The hotel was clean and up to standard. We could stop wherever we wanted (with additional charges as agreed). However, on the last day, we were unlucky and didn't get to see the snow-capped mountains.

Initially, I was a bit worried because there weren't many reviews, but the tour operator was really proactive and helpful with instructions. Our driver was fantastic - friendly, supportive, and a very skilled driver. He handled all the ticket purchases and helped us with our luggage. He frequently checked in to make sure everyone was comfortable also. Although the long drive was tiring, it was absolutely worth it. Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier are stunning! Dagu Glacier is a hidden gem, the sightseeing bus stops at several great photo spots, and the views from the cable car and the mountaintop cafe are breathtaking. The hotel provided was clean, modern, and spacious. While breakfast was poor, the location was perfect - right next to Dagu Glacier, making our second day very easy and enjoyable. Even though I originally booked a large bus tour, the operator changed us to a small group of 3 because there weren't enough people, which made the trip even more convenient. Highly recommended!!!
