Good service and guest management, close to bangla street and has direct bus service to the airport.

The hotel is very new and beautifully designed, and the room was excellent and comfortable. All the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was decent with a good variety of options. One of the highlights is the free shuttle service to Patong Beach and Jungceylon, which makes getting around very convenient. The hotel is also located about a 10-minute walk from nearby shops, making it easy to access daily necessities. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely consider coming back.

Stayed a total of 6 days at this resort. Was a good experience, met some good people. Staff were amazing. Great overall service. One thing I’d change is some appliances in the room which were pretty used or outdated. Cash deposit upfront so be prepared for that.

We are having a Phuket hangover mainly because of Burasari. 😭 It has the best staff in the world! We will definitely go back. Book the Elite Room with Pool Access. It is all worth it! ♥️

Cleanliness: Very clean, they will clean the room anytime if you ask. Hotel location: Very good. Service: 24/7 availability.

The hotel is directly opposite Patong Beach, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Central Shopping Mall. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The downsides are that the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor; at night, we could hear other guests being loud and constantly slamming doors. Additionally, the breakfast area requires a 2-minute walk outside the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient.
