The hotel's interior itself is incredibly beautiful. The rooms are also stunning... There's a building on the premises that looks like a cathedral clock tower, and gazing down at it from the hallway window is breathtaking. That area is primarily used for weddings, so it's exceptionally beautiful. Even the elevator is pretty! I could give it a perfect score based on the interior design alone. The front desk staff are also very kind. Transportation accessibility is excellent. There's a passage connecting directly to the station, and it's also connected to Garden City. The location is simply unbeatable. There are other hotels lined up right next to it. The airport limousine bus stop is also very close. It's near Nishi-Umeda and Osaka Station. And while some expensive hotels still don't have YouTube, I appreciated that this one had a smart TV with YouTube.

First, the conclusion: highly recommended. It truly lives up to its reputation as a hotel famous for its breakfast. They even had wagyu steak for breakfast, and the beef curry was incredibly tender and rich – absolutely amazing. The other salads and Western dishes were also excellent. The pudding for dessert wasn't too sweet. Although the room was a bit small, it's acceptable for a city location, and it's very close to Umeda Station with no transfers needed. The reception desk staff also spoke very standard English.

I booked this place because of the large public bath, but I couldn't use it much. The view is amazing, and you have to change elevators twice! They do clean the room, but they said they don't change the bed sheets unless there's a special reason. Since it's carpeted, I guess it's unavoidable that dust flies around! Still, it was really, really good, and I'd like to use it again next time! If you time it right, you can take the airport bus directly to and from the hotel.

The location is excellent, and since the Links building has almost all the stores and restaurants you could need, there was no need to go outside. There was a supermarket on the first basement floor, Daiso on the 5th floor, Uniqlo/GU on floors 1-3, and in the adjacent building, Yodobashi Camera, gacha shops, and various character goods shops, offering plenty to enjoy. It was also close to the station, making it convenient for getting around. However, you should be aware in advance that navigating Umeda itself can be difficult.

Very satisfied, the location is convenient, and transportation is excellent. It's a high-quality new hotel with a beautiful environment. The Grand Green Park, restaurants, and shopping mall downstairs all perfectly suit my preferences. However, the hotel breakfast was more ordinary than expected; at ¥4200 per person with no discounts, I believe there are many better value-for-money options available. I recommend skipping it.

The rooftop hot spring/sauna was very impressive. Overall, the facilities and room condition were excellent, and the staff were very kind. Transportation was also very convenient, especially with the Osaka Metro, and the airport limousine made travel easy.

10/10 experience. Absolut atemberaubende Aussicht vom Hotel und ehrlich gesagt war dies das schönste Hotel, in dem ich während meines Japan-Besuchs übernachtet habe. Nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu den Zügen und 15 Minuten Zugfahrt von Dotonbori entfernt.
