It is a bit tricky to find the way to get there as it is not on the main floor. The place is spacious. Therapists were friendly and professional. I like their small Thai dessert provided.

The weather was great, the attractions were wonderful, and the tour guide was responsible, attentive, and friendly. The entire itinerary was smoothly arranged. Thank you.

The 3-story play area, including a Halloween set meal, is a great deal at $400 for one adult and one child. For the 6:30 PM session, there weren't many visitors, so there was no need to queue for facilities.

It was great fun and very suitable for a family. We bought the Halloween package for one adult and one child, which was excellent value for money! Plus, it wasn't crowded on Saturday night. The package included the 'Hidden Dragon' Halloween set, and the restaurant service was excellent, as was the food quality. I never expected such good service from a package deal. The children even received a towel as a gift ❤️ a pleasant surprise!

I was late for my arrival. I was told to arrive 30 minutes early, but I came at 6:40 instead of 6:30. I thought my trip would not go, but thankfully, Jason, who works at Victoria Harbour, allowed me to reschedule for another trip. I was then able to join the group or the cruise party, for which I am very grateful. Although the trip was quite expensive, the experience was wonderful.

It's great for kids to burn off energy. The 3rd floor has more play areas, and if you have time, you can also experience the 1st floor. There are many trampolines and soft foam mats. Remember to keep an eye on the children to prevent them from slipping or bumping into others. It's relatively safe, with several staff members supervising. Surprisingly, there are charging stations and sofas to sit on. Outside, there are also drink vending machines and restrooms, which is convenient.

This place is great, suitable for children to play, a good place for families; there are three floors of play equipment. We started playing from the bottom floor, then went to the restaurant for lunch. The top floor is the most exciting. Next time we go, we will set aside more time, because it was our first visit and we didn't know the details, so we spent more time on the bottom two floors! But actually, two hours is enough!
