I was greeted by tour guide Leo and English-speaking guide Anna. After Anna learned I was Chinese, she specifically connected me with Leo, and both of them were incredibly enthusiastic.
I had originally planned to travel alone and hadn't found a suitable tour package. Later, when I saw that I could book tickets and transportation separately, I decisively placed an order. This attraction is in a remote location, and transportation is not very convenient. It was also my first time ordering on Klook, and since we had never met, I felt a bit uneasy. Unfortunately, my phone card had issues, so I couldn't make calls. Luckily, they proactively added me on WeChat and helped me sort out my route and itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful.
The experience this time completely exceeded my expectations. Leo provided explanations in Chinese throughout the tour, which were detailed and thorough. I had initially come just for the filming location of "Dae Jang Geum," but to my surprise, he introduced every filming spot and its corresponding TV show one by one. At each location, he would take out stills for on-site comparison, accompany us to check in and take photos, and even introduced BTS-related costume change sets. Although I wasn't familiar with it, I could feel that every aspect was handled with great care.
There were also two sets of costumes prepared on-site for everyone to take turns trying on. Along the way, Leo was enthusiastic and talkative, sharing a lot of local Korean culture. I don't know much about K-dramas myself, but he was still very patient, explaining the series, introducing ratings, and even playing clips from the shows to match the scenes, which was very responsible.
There weren't many tourists here, making the experience exceptionally comfortable. I sincerely recommend everyone to visit. Thanks again to Leo and Anna for their thoughtful service. I wish you all the best!
