Skyla and her team were fantastic hosts throughout the entire experience. The colour analysis was incredibly detailed, but what really impressed me was how much more they offered beyond that. They provided personalised advice on clothing styles that suit me, recommended skincare products and beauty treatments, and even offered recommendations and tips for my trip in Korea. The studio itself was cosy and welcoming, and the one-on-one consultation ensured a comfortable and private experience. I highly recommend Skyla and her team to anyone looking for a comprehensive and personalised colour analysis in Korea. Their English translation was excellent, making communication effortless. What truly stood out was their genuine hospitality. They proactively checked in on me during my stay to see how I was doing, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. A lovely relaxing experience!!! You're able to choose your preferred scent for your aromatherapy and the hot stone massage feels very soothing. The therapist was very friendly and kind. The building may be a little hard to find if you don't read Korean, but just use your translator if you need. It's easy enough to find on the second floor once you're in the building.

The teachers are all very patient, and the translator lady is also very kind! From the very beginning, they use skin tone detection to help you determine the yellow/red undertone ratio and brightness of your skin, telling you which foundation shade to choose. Then, they assess your body shape to tell you what kind of clothes suit you! They also provide suggestions based on your existing wardrobe. Next is the color season analysis, and since it's Program 2, there's also a makeup demonstration. After the makeup, there's a fragrance session, and they provide the demonstrated makeup products for you to take photos. If Olive Young doesn't sell them, there are existing products available for purchase on the second floor, which is very thoughtful. Overall, the results were largely consistent with my initial guesses, except for the unexpected discovery that large sleeves and fuzzy knit cardigans don't suit me. However, even after hearing that I already own a bunch of similar jackets, they still offered advice so I could balance both my preferences and suitability.

Thank you for accommodating me from the morning after I made a reservation the night before. The location was a bit difficult to find, but I managed to get there by asking people around. The session starts with applying toner, so I think it's fine to go with just light skincare. While my makeup was being done, I held a hand mirror and checked what kind of makeup was being applied. Thank you for always speaking to me using a translator, as I don't speak much English or Korean. I am very satisfied with the Korean-style makeup that was completed. After the session, they also accepted questions and allowed me to take photos of the products used in detail. About 2-3 hours after the session ended, a PDF listing the cosmetics used that day was sent to the email I had reserved with. If the cosmetics used are not available, they said they would tell me alternatives if I informed them.

The translator was very kind, and the director explained each step meticulously, making everyone feel at ease. Although we needed to change our reservation time midway, they were very proactive in helping to coordinate and resolve the issue, and their service attitude was truly touching. For the makeup part, they demonstrated foundation, eye makeup, and lip color using shades suitable for you, teaching techniques as they applied. You can take photos of the cosmetics recommended by the teacher, so you can buy the right makeup without making mistakes when you get home.
