Sakuragi did a fantastic job!! So much to see and facilitate. There were some very frustrating people on the tour who had no time management skills and held everyone up. Sakuragi has the patience of a saint! Very professional with lots of knowledge. Thank you for a great experience and lots of laughs!!

Best tour ever and Eric is the sole reason. Eric made the whole day absolutely enjoyable with his enthusiasm and knowledge with some added humor. I can’t say enough good things about this young man.

My trip with Wanting today was definitely one of the better tours that I have been on. Wanting was very knowledgeable, giving us a brief history of Japan and the landmarks we were going to visit. Although, some parts of the trip may have seemed a bit rush, that is because the drive back takes a couple hours and they want to get us back at a reasonable time. 💯

What a fantastic trip to Hakone, everything was perfect! First, the visibility on the 23rd was excellent 💯. Then, Hakone and Enoshima offered such a rich variety of attractions, from lake views to sea views, from cable cars to pirate ships! Finally, our guide, Laner (Jin Lan'er), was a beautiful woman who combined both beauty and talent, seamlessly switching between Chinese, Japanese, and English. Her explanations of the attractions were also spot-on! The itinerary was flexible and well-paced, and everyone in the group was very cooperative. Super, super highly recommended! Our family had a wonderful time 😆. A truly memorable journey! Thank you, beautiful Laner 👍

Thank you to tour guide Hou Jing for the detailed introduction to Japanese history and culture, for patiently listening to our sharing, and for teaching us. You showed us the best spots to enjoy the fireworks. Very polite and patient.

The tour was on time, but one of the destinations mentioned when the tour was booked and written on the website/app was cancelled at the last minute without any prior information. Fortunately, after a long discussion, we were able to visit it.
