Passeios por Ta Van Village

¡Excelente experiencia con Cat, nuestra guía! Es muy conocedora y puede explicar y conversar en inglés. Aunque el clima no fue ideal debido a la niebla, igual disfrutamos nuestro tiempo caminando por las terrazas de arroz. Solo una nota, estén atentos a los lugareños que los siguen durante toda la caminata, no están afiliados al tour y les pedirán que compren sus recuerdos al final del recorrido, como haciéndolos sentir culpables ya que los siguieron todo el camino.

Our tour guide, Mae, was excellent. We visited many local homes in the village and learned about the local culture. The walk was enjoyable, and it concluded with a relaxing foot bath and a drink! Definitely worth it.

The Dcar transport, to and fro, was comfortable. Both were excellent drivers. The hotel room was oldish but clean and big with a very nice view. The hotel was in a good location with easy access to many eateries, shopping, and Sapa Square. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The food provided was nothing fancy but good and tasty. We met our guide, Lisa, at the hotel after lunch. She spoke excellent English and is a jovial girl. Lisa brought us to Cat Cat Village. The next day, we visited Fansipan on our own. The hotel staff gave a clear explanation of the self-tour to Fansipan and helped us book the cable car and funicular rides. The itinerary for a 2-day, 1-night trip suited us alright. If you want to really enjoy Sapa at a slow pace, I think a 2-night tour would be better.

May was an excellent guide for this tour. It was very well paced, even though it involved two very long bus rides to and from Sapa. We were treated really well by all the staff at the restaurants, homestays, and of course by May. We were so lucky with the weather, and I had so much fun with my group. Vimos lugares hermosos, hay que estar en muy buena condición física para el tour, lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El almuerzo estuvo delicioso, un poco demasiada comida para 2 personas. La temperatura puede cambiar de un minuto a otro. Tuvimos mucha suerte con el clima 😍

If you love nature and trekking, I highly recommend this trip. Be warned! You will walk a lot and sometimes the trails can be challenging. My tour guide named Khu is such an amazing guide. She made the whole trip fun and enjoyable. I really like her energy and enthusiasm. She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and great with communication. She’s very easy to talk to and made the whole challenging trip feel easy. This is definitely my favorite tour so far thanks to Khu.

This was a wonderful and insightful tour. I learned a lot about the different tribes and cultures of local Sa Pa people. Mai the tour guide was very friendly, kind and helpful. She picked me up at my hotel then we had a short car ride to the starting point of the trek. The trek itself was very easy, mostly flat with a little bit of climb. The views of the valley were stunning. I was also able to take home my batik painting as a souvenir. The food for lunch was very foreigner-friendly although I wouldn’t mind being served more traditional delicacies. The herbal soak at the end was a bonus.

We had an amazing time with Nhu as our guide for the 3D/2N tour to Sapa. She's punctual and tries to accommodate everybody. I will recommend Nhu to my friends and other travelers. Love you Nhu!
