We were amazed by the service offered by the Spa. They even arranged a private transport to pick us up from our hotel. We opted for the 1.5 hour massage service and the masseuse is very professional, we felt so comfortable after the service. Will definitely go there again.

The best decision to have a message on my last night in Hoi An. I highly recommend this Spa, the therapist is very good at what she do, always ask and making sure that I’m ok, that I’m comfortable with the pressure she put on. All the staff was so warm and helpful, they even booked a car for me to my hotel. Free Snack was served also after the massage. Very satisfied!!

The location is right in Hoi An Ancient Town. The weather was bad that day, and we spontaneously decided to try a spa massage. We booked it on Klook, which was very convenient and even cheaper. We arrived early, and the staff helped us adjust the time. As soon as we entered, everything from the scent, environment, staff, to the masseuses felt very high-end and relaxing. We were very satisfied and had a wonderful experience. They focused on the areas we indicated needed more attention on the pre-treatment questionnaire, and the masseuses continuously asked about our comfort during the process. The value for money is excellent. Although the towels felt a bit sticky and not new, everything else was truly excellent. We still highly recommend coming here.

It was about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the hotel where I stayed. I thought "White Rose" was the name of a Hoi An specialty, and it turned out the famous restaurant was right next door. I decided to go after my treatment. Now, about the treatment itself. This was my second massage & spa in Hoi An. Before the treatment, they asked about scent preferences (rose or lavender), and whether to use tiger balm. I filled out a consultation sheet where I marked areas on a body diagram for a 3-level intensity massage, indicating where I wanted more focus and where less. Since we went as a couple, we were shown to the same room. The 60-minute course was a firm massage, and it was very relaxing. It was just as good as other similarly priced establishments before discounts. Of course, the quality of a massage can depend on the therapist. I personally preferred this place. I liked the stretching-like pushing and pulling techniques. My partner, however, said they didn't experience much of that. Afterwards, we had lotus tea and watermelon in the lobby, and then went to the White Rose restaurant next door. Of course, it was a separate bill. It was wonderful.

The best spa herbal massage experience I've ever had! They provide professional and high-quality services, and the staff are excellent and professional, allowing you to immerse yourself in a wonderful massage and relax as if you're in heaven! I still miss it very much after returning to Taiwan. One day I will go to Hoi An again just for the herbal spa!

I am the first to book Calm House Spa & Massage from Klook. After reading their reviews on Google, I realized they have been around for quite some time. They just started using Klook as a new platform to advertise their services, and their service is indeed as good as what the Google reviews mentioned. My wife and I felt very welcome due to their hospitality, and we definitely enjoyed our massages very much. Friendly staff, clean room and toilet, and a wonderful massage. What's not to enjoy? 😄

This shop is very special, the aroma is wonderful. As soon as you enter, you feel relaxed, and the massage is excellent. After the session, there are also complimentary refreshments.
