Thank you to all the staff for your thoughtful hospitality. This is my second visit, and I'm very happy. The room was upgraded, and it was clean and tidy. The most comfortable part was the extremely smooth bedsheets, and there were already two types of pillows provided on the bed, with just the right firmness – super comfortable. After swimming in the pool, we went for the buffet dinner. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the seafood was fresh, sweet, and not artificially salty 😂. After dinner, we went to the bar next door to play. Happy hour was incredibly good value, and we could play pool. The next morning, we had breakfast and then had a massage at the hotel, which was super relaxing. Although we only stayed for about a day, it felt like a several-day relaxing trip. We'll definitely come again! 🫶🏻

I had informed them it was my daughter's birthday, so she received a can badge at check-in, and there was a cake made of towels in the room, which delighted my daughter.

Loved everything during our stay. Our rooms were big enough for our family. They gave us connecting rooms too which was perfect. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff oriented us with everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay. You get a separate line / entrance to the park too when you stay at one of the Disney Hotels. Beds could probably get an update , pillows were a bit stiff but we managed. There's an espresso machine in each room and water filter too. The cleaning staff were very friendly and polite . Since we are traveling with a baby , they placed a baby cot inside our room, they also provide toilet seat for babies , Bath tub , sterilizers and most of baby necessities. It was raining during our stay and they have unlimited umbrellas you could use. Shuttle bus to and from the park was easy too. They also share amenities with the other hotels so you can visit the other hotels if you have time . Will definitely book again

This is already the third time our family of four (two adults, two children aged 4 and 3 respectively) has visited Noah's Ark! We truly love the peaceful atmosphere here; it offers a complete escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The best part is its "one-stop" experience – you don't need to leave the hotel premises at all to take the children directly to various exhibition halls to play. Not only are there cute small animals, but also many interesting interactive science experiences that are just the right level of difficulty for three and four-year-olds, making it a fantastic learning and exploration experience! Highly recommended for families with young children!
