It's cheaper to buy tickets on Klook in advance than at the venue. You can redeem and select seats beforehand, and use a QR code for entry.

I had planned to use it at night, but my family was very tired, so we moved up the time and used it around sunset. There were only four of us on the cruise – my family and one gentleman – so it felt like a private cruise, haha. The guide explained everything well, and the City cruise had the best facilities. The person guiding us spoke Korean so well, which was very convenient. I highly recommend trying a cruise; it offers a different kind of scenery than walking around.

I used Haruka to travel from Kansai Airport to Kyoto. I purchased a QR voucher through Klook, and it was very convenient because I didn't have to wait in a long line to exchange the voucher for a ticket; I could just scan the QR barcode at the ticket gate to enter. It was also great that I could easily reserve seats and change boarding times online.

Mr. Mike is the best! Our day trip to Osaka and Kyoto was a blast! He is very friendly and gave us tips and showed us points of interest during our ride. We had an unplanned interest to visit Uji to get Matcha, and he was very kind to take us there. Mr. Mike also suggested a place for lunch where locals eat, and it was one of the best meals we had in Japan! He was always guiding us on where we needed to go at tourist spots and suggested areas that we could visit next time. The whole family had a blast, thank you Mr. Mike! He also speaks English very well! We ended the day back in Osaka on time and really enjoyed our trip. He was also always on time.

The "JR Kansai Wide Area Pass" is highly recommended! The exchange process is quite simple; you can pick it up quickly at the station counter. It's also very convenient to use, as you barely have to worry about transportation when taking JR trains. The itinerary is very flexible, allowing easy access to popular attractions like Tottori, Amanohashidate, Kinosaki Onsen, Wakayama, and Shirahama, essentially covering all of Kansai and its surroundings. Moreover, if your plans change unexpectedly, you can cancel it for free if unused, which is completely stress-free. Overall, it offers excellent value and is highly recommended for those who want to explore Kansai in depth!

Choosing e-tickets this time was incredibly convenient, completely eliminating the need to exchange for physical tickets. Taking non-reserved seats allowed us to flexibly adjust our itinerary according to our own schedule, and we could also reserve specific seats if needed. However, we chose non-reserved seats this time, and the overall journey was very smooth and convenient.
