We visited a week early, but Hanamomo is truly relaxing. Make sure to use sunscreen because of the hot weather and wear a cap or use an umbrella. The cherry blossom trees here are amazing; one tree has three different colors. I wish we had visited when all the trees were in full bloom; it would have been magical.

This chartered tour to Shirakawa-go was an amazing experience! Although there was no tour guide, we met a fantastic driver who shared and introduced things in Chinese. It was wonderful! 👏👏👏👏👏 Most importantly, we were lucky enough to experience Shirakawa-go's first snow on December 3, 2025! 👍

The driver was excellent, with professional driving skills and great attention to detail, ensuring we had a safe and comfortable journey.

The itinerary was good, Master Niu was kind and also gave advice on the schedule. I suggest adjusting the Hida Takayama Old Town itinerary to be half an hour shorter, and adding half an hour to Shirakawa-go so that we can go up to the observation deck.
