The masseuses also speak a little basic English, so there's no need to worry too much about communication issues.

It was truly the best class. As soon as you enter, you can check your voucher at the office on the right side of the entrance and wait. After warming up with stretching, light jogging, and jump rope, beginners are gathered separately and taught. They teach various moves, including hooks, uppercuts, knee kicks, low kicks, and regular kicks, training step-by-step with 1:1 mitt work. They keep you training without a moment to get bored, so much so that your arms are trembling after the class. I wish I had more time; I'd love to take it every day, but it's a shame. I highly recommend it.
