The massage is done while sitting in a chair and lasts 1.5 hours, which is just right. Two days later, on Sunday, we went back for a 2-hour "five-in-one" experience, and that's when the disaster began. This time, the four of us were unlucky enough to get masseuses who were either frozen in place or kept rubbing the same spot. This was my first time at this Lek location, and it's incredibly convenient. The operating hours are also great, as you can visit any night. However, the price isn't particularly cheap compared to other places; it's just average. The two herbal compresses and ointment application were sufficient.

After the massage, a whole day's fatigue is completely released. It offers excellent value for money. Everything was perfect; the only regret is that it's so popular that if you don't book in advance, you might have to wait a while upon arrival.

The last time I trained Muay Thai was almost 10 years ago. The trainers were able to catch me up, although I have to train more to get the groove again. Overall experience was great. The trainers can speak a little bit of English and they were very accommodating. I will definitely recommend this to my friends.
