Although the local Uber driver said Melbourne Zoo is small and close to the city (about 25 minutes and 25 AUD by Uber), it's still quite suitable for a half-day to full-day visit. The animals are very close and cute. When booking through Klook, you need to do so at least two days in advance, because if you try to book for the next day, there are no dates available to choose from.

Upon arrival at the entrance, inform the staff that you purchased tickets on Klook. They will then provide you with a receipt-like ticket, and you can enter. It's very convenient and quick.

Lovely family-orientated zoo and huge space..

A little issue with the koala experience (it seems to not properly reflect on their end) but staff have been really great at sorting it out. We love it overall!
