Monica is very detailed in all the tour explanations. We had a very memorable experience at the castle. Highly recommended to purchase an indoor ticket since you are already there. Sandro, our driver, drove us safely back and forth to our destination.

The tour itself was nicely paced throughout the course of a full day. Spending the first half in the old medieval portion of Nuremberg you then have the second part of the tour focused on more recent WW2 events. While we had come for the more recent portion the first half was equally interesting. Our tour guide (Sabri) was very well informed, funny and kind - and even as a bit of a history buff I still felt like I learned loads. Transport throughout the day was seamlessly organized and simply something you don’t need to worry about. Bring snacks, refillable water bottles and your curiosity - you will leave more informed and also having got your steps in.

Our driver was excellent! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 On the day of our trip, Lake Königssee was frozen, and the boat service was suspended. The driver immediately offered us a refund or suggested alternative attractions. In the end, he took us to the Dokumentation Obersalzberg, which was a very unique experience, allowing us to see Hitler's underground bunker from World War II firsthand. At our request, the driver still took us to Königssee for a brief stop to take photos, and finally, we enjoyed lunch in the small town of Berchtesgaden. The service was superb. Although we couldn't take the boat tour on Lake Königssee this time, we will definitely come back and choose this service again next time! 👍🏻

The tour was relaxing and enjoyable, not rushed and with plenty of time. The castle was fantastic, and the guide was knowledgeable and thoughtful. I will recommend it; the only thing is you have to pay for the tickets onboard.

We went on a small group van tour from Salzburg to the Bavarian mountains and back again. Alenka, our tour guide, explained everything from the beginning to the end of our tour. Her knowledge is truly extraordinary – from Salzburg's historical city to the history of World War II. We enjoyed the classic buildings and the beautiful mountain and lake scenery. Don't forget to take in the view of Mount Watzmann in Berchtesgaden from the restaurant on top of the Edelweiss hotel. It's a must for every visitor!

The guide Anna speaks eloquently and shares interesting stories. She ensures the group understands the tour as there's also tour members of other languages and she can speak in their language as well.
