My first time ever trying a Japanese head spa experience was amazing. I had a free afternoon and the studio was super easy to book and find in the hotel. Keiko-san and the rest of the team at 1895 Maison were so welcoming and kind. Our language barrier wasn’t an issue at all (some staff speak English) and the team is extremely texture friendly (for reference I have type 4C dreadlocks). The spa experience was so relaxing. I was washed, massage, and pampered to the fullest. It was extremely relaxing especially after a long flight and they even offered a gift at the end. It was amazing, but they had no idea about Klook. No English at all, but thank goodness for Google Translate. They had to make some phone calls to figure out that we used Klook and had a voucher. Once we got it worked out, everything was great!

Excellent service, staff was kind and respectful. We got the couples head massage after landing from our flight and it really helped with the jet lag and grogginess. So good and relaxing, my wife even fell asleep!

I had a really nice experience getting my feet and head massaged. was just what I needed at the end of my trip and she applied a good amount of pressure to my muscles. it was confusing to find since there’s another business on the 2nd floor that seems similar. this place is on the 7th floor.

A tremendously relaxing experience. I booked for 36 hours after I arrived and it was exactly what I needed. Great hospitality and stellar service. would definitely return.

Highly recommend professional massage. You get asked if you have any painful areas, and if you want lighter or stronger pressure. A translation app is used, so it's ok if you don't speak Japanese. The shop is clean, calm, and easily located on the ground floor. Relaxing music is played, and there is a humidifier with light essential oil scent. There is a heater for the winter, and fan for the summer. Warm towels, slippers, and massage clothing provided. It's wonderful to find an authentic Thai massage establishment in Tokyo.
