1. The tour guide and driver was very diligent in explaining things and also very humorous. 2. It takes 2 hours to drive from downtown Toronto, plus the time spent picking up tourists at hotels along the way, which adds a lot of time. So, we departed at 1 PM and arrived at the falls at 4:30 PM. Then, after queuing for the boat ride, it was almost 6:30 PM. After that, we continued with other activities, and it was already past 8 PM when we got to the restaurant for dinner. After watching the 10 PM fireworks show (which only lasted five minutes), we drove back to downtown, arriving at 12:30 AM. Therefore, those traveling with family should consider if they can endure such a long tour. 3. It's very crowded on holidays. If it's your first time, having a tour guide will make you feel more at ease about where to go. However, you might consider staying at a local hotel after the activities to get some good rest. 4. The buffet had limited choices, and the taste was ordinary. Drinks had to be purchased separately. Only the service was decent, and the view from the high floor was an advantage. But the good thing is that on holidays, the streets are packed during meal times, so having a reserved place to eat a simple, filling meal is an easy option.
