The mini-bus tour was very comfortable, and the tour guide was professional and dedicated.

Klimuitrusting wordt verstrekt, geschikte bovenkleding kan gehuurd worden indien nodig. Dit is geboekt via adventures.is en ik koos ervoor om deel te nemen aan de tour bij de gletsjer zelf.

The tour operator will ask you to gather at bus no 12, just opposite to Storm hotel, when bus comes, the guide will call the name out one by one based upon first book first serve, well arranged and perfect time management. Our guide Jessica did a great job, talked much about everything related to the Iceland and the scenery, including history, background and story, and allowing enough time for visiting each spot. She also introduced nice restaurant , things to do after the tour if still staying downtown. Highly recommended

The tour, although the Northern Lights were cancelled, was still a great one. The Golden Circle tour was a great introduction to Iceland. The tour guide was entertaining and helpful!

Favorite tour so far. Loved it and Thor, our guide, was super knowledgeable about everything on the trip and played a lot of Icelandic music on the bus, told a ton of jokes, and was super helpful with advice and recommendations. 10/10

We really enjoyed this excursion! Our guide, Einar, was extremely knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. He helped us take pictures and showed us the edible flowers. The weather was absolutely amazing for our trip. 10/10 would recommend!

I think on this tour, you need to be brave to approach the guide and ask how to tie your crampons and request to wear your safety belt. If you're shy or don't ask anything, you'll feel left out. I'm not sure if this tour is worth it or not. We encountered a storm, so we skipped one station, but overall I'm satisfied because I had about an hour and a bit to take photos on my glacier tour, and you get to go into a small ice cave. I felt a bit sad because we were stuck in a snowstorm for 3 hours. The guide made an effort to drive back to the city; he himself took care of 15 people in a small van and led us on a glacier hike. Pick-up and drop-off were at my nearby hotel. I'm a bit skinny, so I constantly had to catch up with others because the wind almost blew me away. Gear provided: okay.
