This was my first hot air balloon ride. We flew for a while and were lucky enough to see the sunrise. The staff were all very professional and friendly. It was definitely worth the experience!

The hot air balloon experience this time is definitely worth trying! First, the staff picked us up from the hotel and took us to the site. Upon arrival, we quickly boarded the hot air balloon to prepare for takeoff and welcome the sunrise. The inside of the hot air balloon was very stable. Although there were no safety measures (seat belts, buckles), as long as no dangerous actions were taken, safety was certainly guaranteed. The pilot monitored the environmental weather conditions throughout the flight, provided updates, and answered our questions about the hot air balloon.

It's a cloudy day, and unfortunately we can't see the sunshine right away, but at least it's not raining. This was a great experience, and I'd love to go on another ride.

A fantastic experience! Highly recommend the hot air balloon flight + winery tasting + breakfast and alpaca feeding tour. After breakfast, there's an alpaca feeding experience 🦙, which was surprisingly different from the alpacas in Taiwan. It was a lot of fun and kids would love it. Although it requires waking up very early, the flight is definitely worth it. Many thanks to Kelly, our tour leader, driver, and guide, for the Chinese and English explanations. It made the experience even more perfect.

It’s a great experience to do this hot air balloon ride, we departed from hotel at 3am and started the ride at 5am, enjoy so much especially with the sunrise! the pilot is great and professional, highly recommend this balloon ride.
