Sir Mark of McRich is easy to talk to. Kuya Marlon was our driver. He arrived 30 minutes earlier. Smooth driving, not too slow, not too fast. Unfortunately, we didn't see the whaleshark nor embark on a boat. Sir Mark advised that they will process a partial refund. We will wait for that. Then we went to Tumalog Falls, had our lunch, then went to Moalboal. All our guides were professional and funny. We had so much fun. This tour is worth it even though we were sad that our Russian guests didn't encounter any whalesharks.

absolutely loved this! I had to book SUPERLATE and they still accommodated us. the driver, Kuya Mario, did everything to make sure we got to our destination safe and sound. we got picked up at 3 am from our hotel and went straight to Oslob. it took us about 3 hour drive and then a 2 hour wait but once we were on the water- everything was great! we then went to Tumalog Falls which was absolutely breathtaking. cold water but such a fun swim under the falls!! Kuya and his partner was very considerate of us and made sure we eat, get souvenirs and recommended places to eat! we mentioned wanting Cebu Lechon and they accommodated that. last stop was the Church. it’s pretty strict to enter, so make sure you wear proper attire. they mention it on their confirmation email. MOST IMPORTANTLY- pls take care of your tour guides too! these people do not make much on a days work and they SO DESERVE all the tip and blessings you can share. pls be mindful and respect the places you go❤️❤️

It's definitely one of the best experiences. The map is misleading though. Google Maps saved us instead.

The business model here is a bit different from Bali, mainly focusing on private tours. This time, we booked this activity through Klook, and all three of us had a fun and comfortable experience! First, a car arrived punctually to pick us up from the hotel. Then, we took a boat to go snorkeling. It was just the three of us plus two staff members. The underwater world was beautiful, with various corals and colorful fish. If you swim a little further, you'll see an underwater cliff, which is a breathtaking sight. The crew even helped us take photos. I brought my camera, so they helped me place it underwater to shoot upwards. Even if you don't know how to dive, as long as you're not afraid, they'll help push you down to assist with photoshoots 🤣🤣🤣. Afterwards, we went to a second spot to see sea turtles, and they also helped with photos. However, there were too many people stepping on the seabed, stirring up sand and mud, making the water quite murky. Finally, we went for a scuba dive. This dive company even had a Chinese version of the pre-dive instructional video, which made it easier to understand. Then, it was a one-on-one guided dive, which made us feel incredibly safe, especially for those who haven't tried scuba diving before. There were so many sardines, it was truly stunning. People with trypophobia might genuinely be scared 😂😂. If you bring your own camera, they'll help you take photos, or you can rent a GoPro here. The only regret was that because we were each led individually, the three of us didn't get to gather together in the sea to take photos with the sardines. Nevertheless, overall, this trip was enjoyable and reassuring. Just be aware that after diving, don't expect the changing facilities to be fancy; it's just a regular toilet, and there are no basic showering facilities 😂😂.

I'm Taiwanese, and this time I booked a package tour directly. The driver was great, but the journey to Oslo is very long and takes a while. For deep diving, it seems there's no need to queue; we can go into the water immediately. However, the divers' photography skills are subjective... I highly recommend renting or bringing your own GoPro; it's excellent.

This was a really nice experience. We booked the private tour which I recommend, so that you don’t need to wait for a lot of people. Our driver was very punctual and arrived slightly before agreed time, so we could start our journey as planned. We arrived to Oslob at 4:30 and were 98th on the queue for whale shark watching, so had 2-3 hours of waiting ahead of us. During this time we had a breakfast at the local cafe, not the best, but ok. Getting on the boat was a bit messy because of lots of people, but the guide took good care of us and made sure we are seated. Snorkeling with whale sharks is limited by time and you need to swim next to your boat only, but this is fine, half an hour is enough to see them. Beautiful and really unique experience. The waterfall is also beautiful, but I understand the frustration of those who missed the opportunity to see the sharks because of the weather. Swimming with the school of fish is also impressive. I recommend this tour!

Excellent points on the route. All fees and even breakfast are already included. There's plenty of time, no one is rushing. The car is in perfect condition, almost new. The driver is caring, communicative, and cheerful. He shares a lot of information and creates a pleasant atmosphere.
