Coisas para fazer em Ginzan Onsen

Our guide Yumi was excellent. She is fluent in English and was able to explain the background of the places we went to and was able to organize the trip efficiently. Transportation was very comfortable and we had our own shuttle to Ginzan Onsen so we didn’t need to fall in line for the public shuttle. Lunch was also very good and filling.

I personally think the overall experience was great, however, the part I think needs to be looked into is the time allowed for the lunch break; the highway stop is a little short. Other than that, good job to the guide for the arrangement and hospitality.

Tour guide Lili was very talkative, cheerful, and interesting! The time allocated for each attraction was ample 👍🏻 There was a conflict between lunch and the cable car schedule, so lunch was canceled. However, she still drove us to a supermarket and a restaurant for takeout to eat in the car, offering flexible options, which was great! The platform also processed the refund quickly afterward.

The driver was very punctual, which was a great relief. The car was spacious and comfortable. It's a shame that tickets weren't included; otherwise, it would have been absolutely perfect. All in all, it was still excellent.

Excellent voyage ! Lili, la guide touristique, était super. Elle connaissait très bien les lieux et nous sommes passés par de magnifiques endroits qui n'étaient pas prévus dans l'itinéraire. Elle a été très efficace pour acheter les billets et organiser le voyage. Le déjeuner était délicieux et copieux. Le meilleur de tout, le prix de la visite comprend les billets prioritaires pour le téléphérique jusqu'au sommet du mont Zao. Nous n'avons pratiquement pas eu à faire la queue, ce qui nous a laissé beaucoup de temps pour visiter et prendre des photos. Fortement recommandé !!!

Great package! Less hassle to go to both Yamagata and Sendai from Tokyo. Well-planned itinerary and great tour guide (Ringo). The hotel was very nice too. Covered all attractions and went back to Tokyo on time. Recommended!

At first, I was worried the tour wouldn't form. I tried asking the vendor but got no response, and Klook only informed me at noon on the day of the tour (after waiting 5 days) 😂. Luckily, the tour leader confirmed the night before. Although we didn't get to have the special lunch, we were fortunate enough to still see snow, and it even snowed in Zao instead of raining. The tour leader also took us to great photo spots and helped us take pictures, which was very worthwhile. We didn't have to drive ourselves to visit two locations. We had originally considered splitting it into two days if the tour hadn't formed.🤣

For this independent trip, we purchased the KLOOK Ginzan Onsen + Zao Snow Monsters tour. It was a bit of a shame that we couldn't book the Zao Ropeway and had to take the Chuo Ropeway instead, so we didn't get to see the snow monsters. However, looking at it from another perspective, we were grateful for the excellent weather that day, which was very convenient for us traveling with children. The children had a great time and we didn't have to worry about them slipping.
