Great hotel, very clean and good service!

For every trip to Japan, my concern is always the Hotel’s strategic location to subway station and tourist spots and Sotetsu Fresa Inn is perfect with that! Location is perfect and the staff are all friendly. Breakfast is superb. If I may suggest, if they can also add mini cash safe/vault for every room and additional pillows. My partner and I had to share with the 2pillows only 😅. Overall, we had a great stay at Sotetsu. ❤️

This time, the check-in system was improved, and restaurant reservations were systematic. The breakfast was excellent, and there was ramen at night. The onsen was very good. The rooms were considered average, but overall it was good. It's suitable for resting after a full day of sightseeing.

The place is so accessible, I can say this capsule hotel is part of the heart of Sapporo. It should be known. It is perfect for solo travelers, and the breakfast was so good. The Onsen and Sauna alone are the perfect combination. My only complaint is the shower area because it was located in the Onsen and it is in the basement, but it's no big deal because I easily adjusted to the situation. The whole stay was an experience. I will definitely book again when the time is right and when I am going back to Sapporo solo again. The room was bigger than expected! Plus, there are free cookies and ice cream on the second floor, and the welcome drinks are available 24 hours a day, with both hot and cold options – super great! When we checked in, the front desk staff happened to be Taiwanese, so the process was very smooth! It's very close to Tanukikoji, and there's an airport bus stop just around the corner!

The location is superb, right outside the subway station. Don Quijote and a shopping street are directly across the road, making it incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and shopping. The room and bathroom were also very clean. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
