My stay at Lotte Hotel World was extremely satisfying! The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for complete relaxation. Special thanks to Sung at the front desk, whose service attitude was friendly and professional. When we encountered issues, he handled them with great efficiency and resolved them quickly, making the entire check-in process smoother and more reassuring. Both the service quality and the comfort of the stay were impressive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and will recommend it to friends and family. Staff are accommodating and room is very clean. It is near the park which is what we like since we love to stroll around. It is also near convenient stores and coffee shops as well as the Lotte World and Mall.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel, de l'arrivée au départ. Le personnel était serviable. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec des équipements complets qui ont rendu le séjour relaxant et pratique. L'emplacement était également excellent — proche des restaurants, des boutiques et des transports, ce qui a facilité l'exploration de la région. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'atmosphère paisible et l'excellent entretien des installations. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une excellente expérience et cela en valait vraiment la peine. Je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel à quiconque recherche le confort, la commodité et un service exceptionnel. J'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau à l'avenir.

An acceptable hotel. Although the location is a bit remote, the facilities are all usable. They thoughtfully provide instant noodles and snacks, which is a nice touch.

Had a very comfortable stay, room was spotless and well-maintained. Perfect location and Seokchon lake was just within walking distance. Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, except for one staff who was quite rude as she expressed her unhappiness and frustration by sighing alot when the refund of the deposit during check-out did not go through due to an error on the POS machine and she did not provide a clear explanation as to when will I receive the refund for the deposit, she just said check-out completed and we will refund you the deposit. This was quite disappointing for a 5-star hotel standard.

酒店地點鄰近樂天世界, 只需要過一條馬路, 沿着石村湖行人路步行約5-10分鐘, 便到達南門入口。我預訂的房間是Family Deluxe Room, 有兩張queen size雙人床, 有大浴缸, 房間空間充足
