It's raining outside, so let's go for a hot spring bath. We didn't wait long, about half an hour, and then it was our turn. It's a great place to go on a rainy day, and the kids didn't want to come out! It's really suitable for hot springs when it's cold! The reception staff were all good! This price is very cheap for Taipei. We will definitely come back for a hot spring bath next time! The pool is quite large, and it's very okay for two adults and one child, not expensive!

I bought the 120 minutes room voucher. It was hassle-free and the soak was amazing! There's a very big pool with hot and cold mineral spring water. I love the balcony where you can rest after a steamy hot soak. Wulai is a small and quiet place with very hospitable and friendly people.

Good value for money and pleasant experience soaking in Hotsprings, surrounded by nature. Many restaurant options are nearby after the hotsprings experience, including street food stores and scenic walking trails

If you’re looking for a traditional hot spring in Wulai, I would highly recommend this place. Suzie was so helpful; she upgraded our public booking to a private one and made sure we were comfortable. The food is amazing too, freshly cooked, and the serving is huge for a single person. The view from the place is stunning, and it made us even happier that Suzie was there to chat with us and share stories. This place is 100% a go-to for backpackers or families. I will definitely come back here.

「Service」 Today, I booked a hot spring experience. Upon arriving at the hotel's parking lot, someone greeted me and explained in detail which parking space to use. The front desk staff also thoroughly introduced the available private hot spring rooms, and if I had a preference for another room, they would inform me of the waiting time. 「Environment」 Today, I chose the cypress wood round hot spring room. The hot spring pool was surprisingly large, and the cypress scent was very pleasant. The space was ample, with a platform next to the pool where I could lie down and relax. The toilet, sink, and shower room were separate, and there was also a TV in the hot spring room. From the grand lobby to entering the hot spring room, it was a wonderful experience. It was very worthwhile, and I will definitely visit again.

It's very close to the parking lot, and the staff are friendly. It's a bit of a shame that the hot spring area is a little small, old, and lacks a view, but everything else is good. The afternoon tea is also delicious.
