Passeios por Topkapi Palace

Kesinlikle parasına değer, şoförümüz Sayın Şentürk çok dakikti. Tur rehberi (yanlış hatırlamıyorsam adı Sayın Sultan'dı) her şeyi çok bilgili ve detaylı bir şekilde açıkladı ve en önemlisi hiç acele etmedi. Ayrıca öğle yemeğinin de çok lezzetli olduğunu belirtmek isterim. Bu nedenle İstanbul'u ziyaret etmeyi planlayan herkese bu geziyi tavsiye ederim.👍🏻

Our hotel was near Taksim, and a guide met us at the pickup point, drove us to the Old City, where we met our tour guide and group, and then we toured on foot. The guide spoke excellent English and was easy to understand. They explained Turkish history very well, organized chronologically. I found it much easier to understand because I had watched some videos about Turkish history beforehand. The guide mentioned studying history and answered our questions thoroughly. It was convenient that admission fees could be paid in Euros, Dollars, or Lira. Lunch was local cuisine and very delicious. Shopping was included but wasn't pushy. We also had time for a cup of tea in between, and enjoyed free time at the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Topkapi Palace.

This pass was super convenient and saved me a lot of time. I didn’t have to queue for ticket just scan the QR code and walk in. The only attraction that required meeting up with a guide was Topkapi Palace. The main queues were for the security check and the museum section inside the palace. Overall, it made sightseeing much easier.

Because I will be attending a business meeting later, I only chose the first day of the three-day itinerary. The tour guide, Ms. Dilek, was very polite, warm and professional. The process of picking up and dropping off from the hotel and visiting the attractions was smooth. She turned the complex history of Turkey into simple stories, and her clear English made it easy for me to understand the content behind these historical sights. I had a wonderful and enjoyable experience on my first day in Istanbul.

This is good for the skip the line feature if you did not buy the muse pass. I had few museum in mind and this was the top of the list and the line was long and this would come in helpful. Guide is helpful and willing to answer questions. There are so many artifacts he wont join you in all the buildings, but would give you an overview.

The tour was a walking tour since vehicles are not allowed in the areas we were going to visit. The pick-up was by bus, and then we were dropped off where all the destinations were within walking distance. The guide was very informative; I learned a lot about the history of Istanbul, and all the monuments are absolutely beautiful.

Our experience on the Istanbul Old City tour was phenomenal, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible guide, Batu! From start to finish, Batu's knowledge of Istanbul's rich history and vibrant culture was truly impressive. He didn't just recite facts; he wove captivating narratives that brought the ancient sites to life. Every question we had was met with a thoughtful and detailed answer, demonstrating his deep understanding of the city. Beyond his expertise, Batu was consistently polite, respectful, and genuinely a pleasure to spend the day with. His passion for Istanbul was infectious, and it made our exploration so much more engaging and meaningful. Adding to the fantastic experience, the lunch provided was also surprisingly delicious and a welcome break amidst our historical journey. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul and want to truly immerse yourself in the wonders of the Old City, I cannot recommend this tour, and especially tour guide Batu, highly enough.
