Tour guide Curtis was very dedicated and meticulous, and the itinerary was perfectly arranged. Throughout the trip, he provided explanations in both Mandarin and English. Although the itinerary was packed, it never felt rushed. Highly recommended!

The meeting point at Mail Exchange Hotel is very convenient, but the hotel does not allow outside visitors to use the restrooms, so it's best to prepare in advance. There were about 10 people on the tour bus, and Leelee was our tour guide and driver for the day. She was very proactive in explaining things, and her driving was very safe. The animals at the zoo were very close, but it's best to go in the morning because kangaroos won't come to be fed if it's too hot. The koalas were also very cute. Unfortunately, we couldn't take photos at Penguin Island, but the experience was very enjoyable. Remember to wear plenty of clothes because it's very cold.

Experience: Very good for those who haven't experienced a steam train in Hong Kong. However, it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to get from the city center to Belgrade station, plus another hour or so to reach the train ticket exchange point. Price: The price is average. The tour I previously booked through Klook was suddenly canceled, so I hastily bought a round-trip train package.
