Coisas para fazer em Phuket Elephant Care

Unique experience, I had a timeless moment. Yan, the instructor who accompanied me, was simply adorable, extremely kind. He took photos and videos of me to immortalize the moment. What bothered me was that he had to walk alongside me all the way down the beach... But since I was a beginner, he preferred to ensure safety (for me and Bruno the horse, that's his name😊). The sunset was breathtaking, the beach is magnificent and truly ideal for this horseback ride. Everything is very well organized... in short, it remains my most beautiful activity in Thailand. So thank you to Layan Horse Club for all of this 🙏

As a Korean, I was very satisfied. The cashew nut factory and honey shops can be considered shopping time, but it's not too long, and considering the expensive transportation costs in Phuket, this is a great deal. The elephant experience itself isn't long, but you can see many elephants, feed them, and even touch them briefly (the elephants came to me even if I didn't go to them). Everyone seemed happy, including mothers and daughters, and even grandmothers. It was also a great experience to get to know foreign couples.

Located in the Porte de Phuket area of Laguna, next to Boat Avenue, the shop environment is very good and clean, and the masseurs' techniques are also excellent. A one-hour foot massage leaves you feeling very comfortable. Outside, there are famous chocolate drink shops, Mercado supermarket, and other establishments, making for a very pleasant commercial area.

The original plan was a 5:30 sunset horseback ride, but I didn't expect to wait 20 minutes for a taxi from Patong at 4 PM, and then encounter heavy traffic all the way. I arrived at the stable close to 6 PM, changed shoes, put on a helmet, and then took their shuttle to the beach (about 10 minutes)... Although I didn't see the sunset, horseback riding on the beach was still a great experience. The boy leading the horse kept taking photos for me. It's a shame that due to my own delay, the original one-hour ride was cut short to only about 20 minutes. Friends who have booked this activity must leave early!

The Coral Lounge at Phuket Airport was a comfortable place to relax before my flight. The lounge wasn’t overcrowded, seating was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was a welcome break from the terminal. Food options were simple but fresh, with a mix of Thai and Western snacks, plus soft drinks, coffee, and light alcohol. Staff were friendly and efficient, and the space was kept clean. A good option if you want some peace and a seat before boarding.
