Great views, great performance by Allan, the "Shogun" tour guide. He has deep knowledge about the tourist attractions. His way of guiding us through the route was brilliant and made us comfortable even in the rainy season.

¡Dios mío! Fue un viaje largo, pero el Sr. Jhon fue increíble. Hicimos una parada improvisada para ir al baño y encontramos algunos bocadillos únicos. Hakone es tan hermoso y verde en junio. El clima fue perfecto y vimos el Monte Fuji muchísimas veces.

Kento (también conocido como Alan) fue nuestro guía turístico. Fue muy amable, paciente y conocedor. El viaje en sí fue caótico un domingo, pero logró que nuestro grupo de 45 personas subiera y bajara del tren dos veces sin perder a nadie. Kamakura y Enoshima son lugares hermosos para visitar, PERO ten en cuenta que hay que caminar mucho y estaba muy concurrido y caluroso cuando fuimos en julio un domingo. Debido a que el viaje en autobús desde/hacia Tokio duró aproximadamente 1.5 - 2 horas, tuvimos un tiempo limitado para pasar en cada área. Enoshima nos permitió solo 2 horas, debido a las enormes multitudes, no fue suficiente para subir escaleras Y sentarse a comer debido a las largas filas en los restaurantes. *Tendrás suerte si Kento es tu guía turístico. ¡Trabajó muy duro ayer con el calor y la multitud, pero tuvo mucha energía para nosotros! **Intenta evitar el verano cuando hace calor y sol (julio/agosto) si realmente quieres disfrutar del viaje.

A must do if you are visiting Tokyo! Our tour guide was energetic, informative and knowledgeable. It was great having the transportation taken care of and we were able to view the coolest parts of Japan and try unique foods

Tive um dia incrível! Um agradecimento especial à Juna (nossa guia) 🫶🏼 Adorei ter a liberdade de explorar tudo. Tudo foi planejado com perfeição: roteiro, recomendações de restaurantes, transporte, comunicação. Recomendo demais! ⭐️ PS: Não se esqueçam do protetor solar no verão (vocês vão se queimar!!).

This was my first time joining a one-day tour, and I was very nervous before departure, worried about encountering a difficult guide. The day before departure, Klook provided us with the guide's information and contact details. The guide answered all our questions, which put my mind at ease. Because there weren't many participants, our group was a combination of Chinese and Korean travelers. Our guide was amazing, fluent in Japanese, Chinese, and Korean! During the introductions and commentary, sometimes Korean came first, sometimes Chinese, but it was always balanced and excellent! Besides doing an excellent job with their guiding duties, they also gave us little tips for traveling in Japan, like where to eat, where to shop, and what to buy – truly a five-star guide! This wonderful guide is "Kim Myung-cheol," highly recommended!

This tour was extremely good value - the pick up was late, however the tour more than made up for it - the whole day was amazing & took you to places you would not be able to see on public transport & certainly not in just one day. I liked that it was small group - we had 15 people, which was the full small bus. Plus our guide and driver. I loved that our guide told us about each place we were going to next and then let us explore on our own - no rushing around following a flag all day !!! My favourite part was Enoshima. I walked a long way back to the mainland from the island, to get the photo I wanted - Mt Fuji over the beach & water !! Just beautiful I then caught a local bus to the famous crossing of the Kamarura / Enoshima electric rail - famous for the scene in the Anime - Slam Dunk. Left at 0745 returned to Shinjuku at 6.45pm Highly recommended

Driver Xiao Song was very thoughtful with the pick-up and drop-off, accommodating all our requests. We had a wonderful time and saved a lot of walking.
