Passeios por Sapporo Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill

This is a must-do tour if you want to experience the best cherry blossoms in Hokkaido. It was a great experience, especially since I was able to meet new friends from other countries.

First time using Klook. Thanks to Klook, our vacation was enjoyable. We were provided with an excellent tour, with a kind and child-friendly guide.

My family and I really enjoyed Oscar's tour! He was very insightful about a variety of all things Japan. He made sure that everything was smooth and engaging. He was so engaging, in fact, that even when he was speaking in a language I could not speak, I was listening. The tour itself was very captivating. My family and I loved the smooth travel and the views. The scheduling was also just right for each attraction. Overall, we would rate the tour a perfect 10/10! (The bear farm was our favorite!)

Aunque era un grupo grande, el guía turístico lo manejó bien y usó japonés, inglés y chino indistintamente para que todos recibieran una breve descripción de los lugares a los que nos dirigíamos, así como la hora de regreso al autobús. También compartió con nosotros su lista personal de restaurantes y bares en Google Maps. Como había un evento en el Santuario de Hokkaido, tuvimos más tiempo distribuido para los otros lugares, ¡lo cual fue genial!

Our driver/guide was named Leo, who is half Japanese half Turkish, who speaks excellent English. He brought us to visit Otaru’s landmarks such as the Otaru Canal, Cape Kamui, Shimamui Coast, and went to the Otaru Box Museum and to the LeTao cafe shops at Sakaimachihondori shopping streets. We also got to eat in the famous Sankaku Market where we ate king crabs, abalone and other seafood dishes. Next day we went to Noboribetsu and Lake Toya, to the quaint Lake Hill Farm to try their famous ice cream and some pudding desserts. We went to the Hells Valley and the Hills of the Buddha, the Moai statues and Stonehenge. We also had our first taste of Hokkaido ramen at Noboribetsu. It was an enjoyable 2 days and Leo made sure we got to explore the places within the 10-hour time schedule. He drove very well and always made sure he was ready to pick us up when we were done in a place.

Our guide, Leo, came well-prepared based on our requirements and gave us the best-customized tour, which catered specifically to our liking. We managed to visit the place to get our choice of merchandise. We also visited the well-anticipated Sapporo Beer Museum. We will recommend anyone who would like a Sapporo full-day tour to engage his service. Well done, looking forward to our next visit to Sapporo!

Akihiro-san was an excellent local English-speaking guide. He guided our family to destinations that locals would enjoy. He walked slowly to ensure my parents wouldn't be left behind and was considerate in finding elevators in train stations to make sure my parents were comfortable. I think my family and Akihiro-san connected well, as if we were long-time friends with him. We would definitely book again and hopefully have him as our tour guide. He went above and beyond as a tour guide, demonstrating genuine Japanese hospitality.
