The environment is comfortable, clean, and quiet. The service attitude is excellent. The hotel restaurant's buffet food quality is good, though the variety is a bit limited. Overall, it's very good!

#Hilton Garden Inn Shenzhen Nanshan Hotel Location: Location: Right next to Holland Flower Town in Shenzhen Accommodation: This package booking included breakfast and dinner buffets for two, and we were upgraded to a suite. It was incredibly spacious, with a walk-in closet, pantry, large refrigerator, and a washing machine with detergent in the room. The bathroom was also huge, with a separate wet and dry area, including a shower and a bathtub. The bedroom area was also very large, with a sofa and a super king-sized bed. When checking in at the reception, the staff member Bruce gave us two cookies, which were delicious and warm. Additionally, for environmental reasons, disposable toothbrushes and toiletries need to be requested from the staff at the reception. Food: Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were abundant, with a wide variety of food that was frequently replenished. There is also an indoor swimming pool, which is not very large, and swimming caps are required. The adjacent Holland Flower Town is great for a stroll, somewhat resembling a visit to a branch garden. Transportation: It's not close to a subway station, but taking a taxi there this time was convenient.

The room was very clean, and the buffet food quality was excellent. There was also a butler who prepared an essential oil bubble bath for us. They even helped decorate for our anniversary and provided a cake.

Great value for money. The international brand management is clearly superior. The rooms are spacious, and while the buffet doesn't offer a huge variety, the food quality is excellent. For this price, there's nothing to complain about.

Hotel Location: The hotel has a steep slope, and it's a bit tiring to walk this path every time we go in and out. However, the hotel environment is quite good. Cleanliness: Overall, it's clean. Breakfast: Breakfast is acceptable. Service: We booked two rooms that could be connected, which is really suitable for a large family! Also, going to Sea World for shopping felt a bit far. When we were tired and wanted to return to the hotel to rest, it felt like a long walk back. The location is not very convenient.

The hotel's location is convenient, with Sea World and nearby shopping malls reachable within ten minutes. Although there's a slight uphill walk, the environment is quiet and the views are open. The hotel rooms, though not large, are tidy and clean. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool and a gym, making it a good accommodation choice for a trip to Sea World.

Our group of 8 purchased hotel accommodation with breakfast and dinner buffets. We were extremely satisfied with this stay. The hotel environment, room cleanliness, and the dinner buffet were all very appealing, offering a wide selection of food, unlimited red/white wine, and delicious desserts. The breakfast buffet was also rich and varied. The hotel staff provided excellent, polite service and even proactively helped us take photos. Therefore, we highly recommend this hotel.
