It's a good, lovely shop with nice staff who helped translate what needed to be done (booked a body massage and foot massage). However, the body massage room has two beds, so it might not be very private, but it wasn't an issue. Massage staff: lovely, good service. Atmosphere: There's also accommodation, so people walk past the shop a bit. Service: good. Facilities: good.

This was my mom’s first time trying a head massage and she absolutely loved it! The staff were very gentle, kind, and made her feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. The massage was so relaxing that she didn’t want it to end. It was a wonderful experience for both of us, and we left feeling refreshed and happy. Highly recommended if you want to relax and try a great head massage!

The best spa herbal massage experience I've ever had! They provide professional and high-quality services, and the staff are excellent and professional, allowing you to immerse yourself in a wonderful massage and relax as if you're in heaven! I still miss it very much after returning to Taiwan. One day I will go to Hoi An again just for the herbal spa!

We were amazed by the service offered by the Spa. They even arranged a private transport to pick us up from our hotel. We opted for the 1.5 hour massage service and the masseuse is very professional, we felt so comfortable after the service. Will definitely go there again.

Nhân viên rất lịch sự và thân thiện, hướng dẫn chúng tôi rõ ràng qua từng bước. Nơi này cũng rất đẹp và sạch sẽ. Tranh BK là chuyên viên trị liệu của tôi và cô ấy rất giỏi! Tôi đến từ Thái Lan và tôi bị đau lưng & vai mãn tính, vì vậy kỳ vọng của tôi về mát-xa rất cao, nhưng Tranh đã đáp ứng được kỳ vọng của tôi. Sau buổi mát-xa, tôi cảm thấy nhẹ nhõm, thư giãn và hài lòng. Họ cũng có đồ uống & đồ ăn nhẹ miễn phí cả trước và sau buổi mát-xa, và chúng được trình bày rất đẹp mắt. Cảm ơn tất cả các bạn rất nhiều vì sự chào đón nồng nhiệt và dịch vụ xuất sắc 🙏🏼

a perfect way to end our trip! started with a tray of goodies with a cup of cold tea. the massage experience was one for the books. felt very refreshed right after. staff were very nice and accomodating. highly recommended.
