Location: Finding the location wasn't so hard after exiting the nearest train. Noted that need to take lift up to Floor 9. Experience: Kimono still intact when we return. safety: Kimono very clean and no funny smell. Instructor: Communication is okay. Able to understand what they said. Equipment: There is a baggage storage. Overall: Everything went smoothly. Staff very passionate and friendly. If you unsure, can always ask the staff for help. Will give 5 star.

The staff was super friendly and helpful in helping with the kimono. The kimono are also nice and comfortable.

Alisa was an amazing guide. She is a great guide for solo travelers. I didn’t have to mess with my tripod to get photos, because she was more than willing to take as many as I wanted. She also responded quickly to emails. I do wish there were more kimono options at the shop though.

The overall process and flow are very clear, and you can also choose the language, which is very convenient for foreign tourists. There's no problem renting alone. You can also choose to pay extra on the spot to return it the next day.

I chose this shop because of their late closing time, which was really nice and we were able to go in the evening and wear the kimonos until 10 PM. They have a nice selection of styles, even if it's not the premium plan. The hairstyles are really cute. Please note that the location is a bit difficult to find; you need to go into an alleyway, and then you'll see the sign.

The owners, a husband and wife from China, provide service together ❤️ The husband downstairs meticulously introduces and helps pair kimonos 👘. He's very skilled at matching, so when you're overwhelmed by choices, you can trust his selections! On the day, we paid extra for the most eye-catching lace kimono of the last 2-3 years, and it looked absolutely stunning – truly no disappointment! The wife assists with putting on kimonos upstairs, and the styling is done by two beautiful Vietnamese ladies who can communicate in Chinese. We showed them pictures for the hairstyles we wanted, and they were very friendly when we asked for minor adjustments or changes to hair accessories during the process. The photographer is also a lovely lady from China; she's professional and friendly, guiding us through many poses. We were very satisfied with the photos, and she can refine 10 of them – we felt it was incredibly good value for money! The retouched results were beyond satisfying 🥹🥹. Although wearing a kimono in early July was incredibly hot, we recommend tying up your hair to feel cooler! The thoughtful wife kept reminding us to be careful of heatstroke. After changing out of our kimonos, the shop even helped us hail a taxi outside the door 🥹 The service was superb. We learned during our chat that they've been open for five years, and just recently launched on Klook. When I booked, there were no reviews, but seeing the beautiful official photos and kimonos, I wasn't too worried! I'm so happy to have had such a pleasant experience, and I hope their business thrives. I highly recommend this great shop to everyone!

¡La mejor experiencia de mi viaje a Japón hasta ahora! El personal es súper amable y hábil. Estaba perdida porque había muchísimas opciones de kimonos, así como de accesorios. El personal me guio pacientemente y me sugirió qué obi y peinado elegir, y me encantó el resultado. No solo brindaron un excelente servicio, ¡sino que también tenían un gusto excelente para estilizarte! Honestamente, no tengo ninguna queja. Toda la experiencia fue perfecta.
