Our guide, Xiaoxue, was very enthusiastic and explained each location in detail. She took us to every spot in Kawagoe and was at Tokyo Station early in the morning to pick us up. She is a very dedicated guide.

This rental shop provides excellent service. We couldn't make it on our reserved day due to rain, but the shop was very helpful and allowed us to use the service on another day. They also responded to emails very quickly. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. The costumes are cute, clean, and there are many props to choose from.

I availed the One star package in the Kawagoe Koeda Branch. They had a great selection and staff was very helpful. Definitely a must try.

The service staff were very attentive. Although their English wasn't great, they made a serious effort to communicate. If there were any extra charges, they would inform us beforehand, but there were already many options available without additional cost. They provided a large bag for us to store our belongings. I found this very thoughtful, and the whole process was very smooth. Highly recommended, everyone can use this service.
