Gilbert is one of the best and most considerate tour guides I've ever met on Klook. Before the trip, I was a little worried that a purely English-speaking guide might be difficult to understand, but after actually going, I realized there was absolutely no issue with that 💯. When the tour starts, Gilbert will drive everyone directly to Kamakura. After parking, you'll head straight to the Enoden train to begin a packed day. Throughout the process, Gilbert is patient, giving everyone ample time to take photos and shop at each attraction. I highly recommend bringing extra cash 💰 and wearing comfortable walking shoes 👞, otherwise, your feet might get a bit uncomfortable by the end. Finally, for travelers who came because of Netflix's "Lost in Translation," you don't need to worry 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, as Guide Gilbert will basically take you to all the important spots, including "Gokurakuji Temple" and other attractions. (If you want to stay longer at a certain attraction, you can try communicating with the guide first 👍🏻)

Our day trip started on a rainy and cold morning, and magically the sun came out before lunchtime. We had the best time strolling around at every stop of the tour and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Rachel, our guide, was fantastic; she made the tour enjoyable for everyone. It was a full bus. And thanks to the wonderful driver, apologies I cannot remember his name, but he is a good-looking lad 😘

Many thanks to tour guide Liu Bin for meticulously arranging our day trip. The entire itinerary was very smooth and fulfilling, allowing us to experience many wonderful attractions and local features in just one day. Throughout the journey, tour guide Liu Bin patiently explained the historical background, cultural stories, and interesting local information of each attraction, making the trip not just sightseeing, but a rich and meaningful cultural experience. At the same time, he was very attentive to our needs, whether it was time management, route selection, or taking photos, making us feel very cared for and professional. This day trip was relaxing and enjoyable, leaving us with many beautiful memories. We sincerely thank tour guide Liu Bin again for his hard work and enthusiastic service, and we wish him all the best in his work. We hope to have the opportunity to join another wonderful tour led by him in the future.

I joined the Kamakura, Enoshima, and Yokohama tour and it was a wonderful experience. Since the tour starts later in the morning, I was able to see Yokohama beautifully lit up at night, which was a highlight. Our guide Lee was amazing, very helpful, friendly, and supportive throughout the day, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler. During the free time in Yokohama, I explored Chinatown, which was gorgeous and full of delicious food to try. One thing to note is that the train can get very crowded, which is completely outside the tour company’s control, but it is good for other travelers to be prepared. Time management is also important because there are several stops, so plan ahead and prioritize what you want to see. Overall, I definitely recommend this tour. Big thanks to tour guide Lee for making the day enjoyable and for being my hero and helping me.

The Kamakura and Yokohama tour was absolutely wonderful and perfectly organized. We were able to visit all the major sites comfortably and on schedule, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. In Kamakura, we explored beautiful temples and historic streets, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and rich cultural heritage. In Yokohama, we enjoyed the vibrant waterfront, modern architecture, and unique international influence that sets the city apart. Our tour guide, Shu, was exceptional. He was very informative, friendly, and always willing to answer questions in detail. His knowledge of the history and local culture truly enhanced our understanding of each location. He also made sure everyone felt comfortable and kept the group moving efficiently without feeling rushed. Overall, it was a well-balanced tour that combined history, culture, and scenic beauty. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

Yumiko-san is the best tour guide we’ve ever met in Japan. She’s incredibly accommodating and goes the extra mile to meet all our needs and requests. She took us to hidden gems in Kamakura—non-touristy spots that were absolutely breathtaking. Truly amazing!

The tour guide and driver were both excellent. The itinerary was a bit packed, but perfectly fine for a superficial visit. We were very lucky with great weather during our trip. The main mode of transport was a bus, with a train experience midway. Near Kamakura High School, due to recent overcrowding, there were 2-3 control personnel, making it not as easy to take photos as before, but it's still worth seeing if you haven't been. It was a bit cold by the sea in winter, and Yokohama at night was incredibly cold. There was a Christmas market this time, and the crowds were a bit overwhelming, with toilet queues taking over 10 minutes and it being hard to find seats during meals. Don't climb too high on Enoshima; you'll get tired legs and won't have enough time (you'll regret it on the way back), but the sunset is beautiful!
