We had an amazing experience on our half-day city tour in Hanoi, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Zack. From pickup to drop-off, he was incredibly approachable, friendly, and attentive. He made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy, and he was always checking in to make sure everyone was comfortable. Zack is very knowledgeable, especially when it comes to history. He explained everything clearly and with genuine passion, which made each stop more meaningful. Beyond the tour itself, he also took the time to recommend great souvenir shops and local food places, which we truly appreciated. What stood out the most was how much he cared about the welfare of his guests—it felt safe (thanks to our tour driver!), well-organized, and thoughtfully handled from start to finish. If I could give him a hundred stars, I would! This was a truly remarkable experience, and we would absolutely do it again when our family returns to Vietnam.

I had originally planned to sightsee on my own, but I'm so glad I chose this tour. On the day of the tour, it ended up being just the two of us in a taxi. Our guide, Ms. Su, was excellent at explaining things, and I learned a lot about history. She was also very kind and helpful. We did stop at a slightly upscale souvenir shop along the way, but we also went to a local supermarket, where things were cheaper, and I ended up buying a lot. I was very satisfied because she took us to the Michelin-starred pho restaurant I wanted to visit. She also booked a recommended massage parlor for us, which was a great help.

Half day guided tour around Hanoi. We had Justin to take us around the trip and it was a wonderful experience and very supportive. Understanding English as well as mentioned while booking. The vehicle was also very nicely maintained.

Mina was a wonderful host. We had a great afternoon learning about the French colonial period and architecture in Hanoi. It was also really unique to meet at the coffee shop that we did - it was really beautiful. Mina was very knowledgeable and a lot of fun to talk to! This was a great tour! Since one of us has difficulty walking, having a jeep take us around was a much better option than a walking tour. We had two meals and then a drink by Train Street. Because we were very tired, we appreciated that the guide was flexible, allowing us to end the tour slightly earlier. Thank you.

Viet, also known as 'Bread,' was very polite and accommodating to our requests. When we mentioned that we had already tried some local food and visited certain places, she thoughtfully recommended other spots and dishes for us to explore. Her food suggestions were excellent and truly delicious. She was also kind enough to help us take beautiful photos, making the experience even more memorable.
