This is the best one we have booked from Klook so far. Yoon was our driver/tour guide and he was prompt, polite, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We started the ride and he said, "My first and utmost priority is your safety, so I will drive carefully," and that set the mood, kept us at ease, and made the trip enjoyable and fun. Mt. Balwangsan and Samyang Ranch are both really great additions to places to see while in South Korea. My family and I don't ski, but we love winter, so experiencing snow in these spectacular places was definitely the icing on the cake for our 2026 winter vacation. I'd like to recommend Yoon, and I hope Klook books them more, as I have been to many places and booked Klook many times, but this trip was by far the best one yet. We really felt we were taken care of. At some point, we were given extra time for lunch, and they were very patient with our group since we have two small children. Thank you again!

One of the best experiences we had, our driver/tour guide Mr. Kay, gave us good instructions, he was very early, and he was very nice. He even took photos for us, and recommended good food for our lunch! Happy with this trip!

I've done so many tours in Korea over the last two trips, and this is hands down my favorite. Alpaca World was awesome, especially the alpaca stampede and feeding at 10 am. Nami Island is epic; I wish I had more time, but rent a bike for 30 minutes and ride around—it's stunning. The rail bike was such an incredible way to see the beauty of the Korean landscape, and the tunnels have a fun surprise. Thank you, Handsome Lanson.

The tour was very nice and included all the places I wanted to see, so I am very satisfied. Our tour guide was Christina; she had a lot of knowledge and was very organized. She was so nice and helped take pictures for all of us. It was a super hot day, and she managed the time well, and participants were very cooperative, so the trip ran on time. The bus was clean and very comfortable. At lunchtime, we could order ahead (on the bus) so we didn't have to wait for lunch when we arrived. The price was reasonable, and the food was delicious. Overall, I really recommend this tour.

I would 10/10 recommend this tour. As someone who has lived in Seoul for 3 years and is fluent in Korean I know for a fact I would not have been able to complete all of these activities in one day by myself. Hyony was the tour guide for my group and she was very kind and knowledgeable on the locations we went to as a Busan local. Even if you are joining this tour solo, you will have a great time.

Our visit to the DMZ was truly interesting! Guided by Andrew, we saw several significant places in the region in a short time, notably the observatory and the Third Tunnel. Andrew was always ready to answer our questions and was also very friendly! Highly recommended experience :)

Sebagai seorang pelancong solo, saya menempah lawatan peribadi kecil ini di Busan bersama Encik Han demi kemudahan melawat semua tempat yang wajib dikunjungi di Busan dalam satu hari. Lawatan ini disusun dengan sempurna dari pengambilan hingga penghantaran. Walaupun 8/10 peserta terpaksa meninggalkan lawatan pada pertengahan hari untuk mengejar penerbangan mereka, meninggalkan hanya kami berdua, pemandu pelancong kami, Han, mengendalikan perubahan itu dengan lancar. Beliau memberikan kami lawatan berpandu VIP yang luar biasa, penjelasan terperinci semasa meneroka perkampungan tradisional, pasar yang meriah, dan selain itu beliau memberikan kami cadangan makanan dan restoran terbaik untuk dicuba semasa penginapan kami di Busan. Pada akhir lawatan, beliau malah mengejutkan kami dengan hadiah snek dengan perisa kegemaran kami yang menunjukkan bahawa beliau sangat prihatin terhadap tetamunya. Van itu selesa dan pemandu pelancong Han memberikan perkhidmatan yang luar biasa. Sangat mengesyorkan lawatan ini. 😇
