It wasn't too crowded on Saturday, but we didn't make it in before 9 AM. At first, we weren't sure how to play, but a staff member patiently explained everything. It was very fun, and I recommend it for children aged four and above. Make sure to reserve popular games first. There's a restaurant inside with delicious food. We played from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and time flew by. We ended up trying six different professions.

The exchange was easy, at Hakata Station. I was only third in line to exchange, so it should have been quick. However, the two foreigners at the front caused a delay of over 40 minutes, making me miss my scheduled train. This trip was mainly to see the Saga International Balloon Fiesta and the Karatsu Kunchi Festival. I also had time to visit the underwater torii gate at Ouo Shrine, and it happened to be low tide, so I could walk quite far out. At Uminonakamichi Seaside Park, there were "kochia" to see during this period, which were very beautiful.

It was hassle-free and I enjoyed it as a solo traveller. Jimmy was the best tour guide for this. He was organized and helpful.

Everyone, this is the ultimate value for money~!!! You must try it, and Guide Kim Hye-sook is truly number one. Her explanations based on Japanese history were so fun and informative. Our middle school son even said he wanted to go again the next day. Is this price for real?^^ The weather was also fantastic! Oh, and I drew a 'Daikichi' (great luck) at the shrine, haha.

A fantastic experience! You can board directly with the pass and get off at every stop to soak in the local atmosphere. The bento box was delicious. I really enjoyed this trip.

When traveling in Northern Kyushu this time, I chose the Northern Kyushu JR Pass, and overall, I found it to be very worthwhile. Firstly, this pass covers many popular cities and attractions in the Northern Kyushu region. For example, destinations like Yufuin, Beppu, Kumamoto, Saga, and Nagasaki, all accessible from Hakata, are within its coverage. We used it for multiple long-distance day trips (Shinkansen/limited express trains) and switching between attractions. If we had bought individual tickets for each segment, the accumulated transportation costs would actually have been higher than the pass price, so using this pass felt more cost-effective.

Northern Kyushu 5-day pass. Redeeming it at Kumamoto Station on a weekday evening meant fewer people, unlike during the day when the counter is crowded 🥲. Luckily, I was staying near the station, so I went half an hour before closing and was the 3rd in line, redeeming it smoothly. Bring your passport + JR PASS voucher barcode + (if you reserved specific seats online via the official website: also bring the credit card used for the booking). The counter staff will give you both the JR PASS and the reserved seat tickets you booked online. So, it's crucial to bring the exact credit card you used to book those reserved seats! This is very important!!! Because most sightseeing trains are all reserved seating, in addition to the JR PASS, remember to reserve your seats in advance (you can reserve seats for free up to 6 times using the Northern Kyushu JR PASS at the machines). I hope everyone has a pleasant journey. 🤗♡

The guide explained everything so well that it was fascinating to learn about Japan in depth, and it was a fulfilling experience to get a taste of various courses efficiently. My friend who came along also loved it. Thank you for preparing such a wonderful travel product! I'd love to experience it again with my parents.
