Arrived at KLIA1 with Malaysia Airlines. Then transferred to KLIA2, a 3-minute train ride, and less than 5 minutes from the disembarkation station, making it very easy to find. The twin room easily accommodated two large suitcases. The semi-double bed allowed for a comfortable rest. Amenities included toothbrushes, shower caps, cotton swabs, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. It had a full auto-lock system with only one room card. Being adjacent to a shopping mall, we could eat at ORIENTAL KOPI even at 9 PM, bought CHAGEE, and since we had a 4:30 AM departure the next morning, we bought bread at FamilyMart. In short, it was very convenient and clean, and the towels were fluffy. I would like to use it again for early morning flights. Even for a 4:30 AM departure, there were two staff members at the front desk. There was also a KK convenience store right in front of the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, the receptionist is quite friendly, the buffet has many choices, and the food is nice.

It was a great experience. This hotel made my life so much easier during our 10-hour layover with my parents. It was such a relief to see them enjoy their stay and travel comfortably to their destination without any issues.

Small room but comfortable for a stay.

This is hotel got one of the best beds that I have slept. Very clean and top-notched customer service. Just 6-minute walked from the KLIA T-2.
