I'm giving 5 stars even though the guide only speaks Japanese and the audio guide service in English or Korean costs an additional ¥1000 per person. All the staff are kind and helpful, and the island tour is quick but still interesting for an enthusiast. The navigation is accompanied by videos and explanations of other surrounding locations and the history of Nagasaki. The multimedia museum of Gunkanjima is nice and has a very immersive VR experience, already included in the naval excursion.

Experience: It's recommended to set aside some time to visit the Hashima Island Digital Museum first to learn about its history. There's a lot of information, which is very valuable for understanding Hashima Island. The weather was good on the day of boarding, but the waves in the open sea were still very strong. We successfully landed on the island in the end. Although we could only visit a small part, it was truly a very special travel experience. Thanks to the guide's explanations and the assistant's help.

This trip included the Nagasaki Fruit Bus Stop, Unzen Hell Hot Springs, Unzen Ropeway, and Obama Onsen Foot Bath. Master Yu was kind and explained each attraction very clearly, and also helped us take group photos. This trip was very enjoyable 😀.

Experience: It's worth visiting at least once. While I worry it might be becoming too commercialized, it's still worth going for the experience.

Present the voucher at the ticket counter for staff verification. Once confirmed, the staff will log the usage date, provide an introduction to the venue, and guide you inside. It's very convenient and quick. Recommended.

It was a great experience. The weather was excellent that day. After about an hour's boat ride, we could see Gunkanjima and successfully disembark to visit. There was someone explaining and leading the tour along the way!
