It's very easy to find the location. The staff is very friendly and experienced. The children had great fun together.

This tour is really exciting and let me feel the high-tech side of Shenzhen. Ordering robot taxi or drone delivery by myself is still difficult as a foreign traveler, so using a tour is definitely worth it. I heard that drone deliveries don’t operate every day due to some events, but luckily my guide Nora helped me and I got to see the drone delivery. She’s very friendly, kind, and a great guide. I really appreciate her hospitality.

Overall it was a great robotics experience with my guide, Vivian. We started the tour with a business class train ride to the drone delivery pickup point and then rode a driverless taxi to the drone delivery dropoff point to pickup our milk teas. i also saw robots making coffee which is very cool. and they make ice creams too! A stroll in Talent park where you can find a bench that wirelessly charges your phone. Next a trip to Inno100 where i experienced various robotics innovations (i was tempted to bring home some lol) Then a visit to the bambu lab where i learned all about 3D printing. The last stop is Xiaomi where i got to checkout the cool YU7 and other Xiaomi products. Vivian was really nice and super helpful and made sure i enjoyed the tour. i hope to explore other parts of SZ next time with her

Great value with food included. I recommend not eating too much beforehand. However, the queuing arrangements were a bit chaotic at times. As for the location, their move to the Kinda store is more convenient than their original one. If you're seated in the middle, it's more convenient, but the sofa seats make it difficult to take photos.
