An experience that exceeded expectations! A big thank you to the team members at Joy. Since my parents don't speak English, we requested a Chinese-speaking guide. It seemed we were the only ones needing Chinese guidance that day, and our guide took wonderful care of us throughout the trip. She checked in with us at every single activity to ensure we had no questions and answered everything patiently. During snorkeling, I was hesitant to get into the water because I'm not a strong swimmer, yet I felt so disappointed to miss out. One of the Joy team members directly grabbed a life ring and towed me around, allowing me to see the little fish! It was my first time experiencing the joy of snorkeling. The monkeys at Monkey Beach were also very cooperative—it was such a delightful experience. I deeply regret not buying the commemorative photo plate at the end; if I had the chance again, I would definitely buy it because the photos turned out amazing! 👍 Our itinerary for the day included Phi Phi Leh, Phi Phi Don, and Khai Island. When we were leaving the last island, all the staff were already heading home on long-tail boats, and we were the very last ones to leave. It was so chill, haha! 🏝️

It was a very well-organized activity. Our guides, Peter and Michael, were very good and helpful. Special shout-out to the Captain for getting us back safely through the high seas. I will definitely recommend it to others and would also like to come again.

Boat condition: Clean and tidy, they provide drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end. Onboard scenery: Mostly ocean/rock views. Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the "Sexy Family"), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos. Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous. Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to watch the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, and lots of sea urchins, and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone down to photograph them for me to see. They were swimming around the coral, very cute. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up to a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

I came to Phuket specifically for a hopping tour, so I put a lot of thought into choosing one. I compared speedboats and catamarans, and concluded that a yacht tour, which includes everything, was better than a mediocre catamaran. So, I bit the bullet and booked it. The conclusion is: I'm extremely satisfied. This tour included: 👉breakfast (simple breakfast at the terminal), 👉lunch (Halal food, average taste), 👉fruit dessert after the first snorkeling session, 👉sushi and fruit dessert after the second snorkeling session, 👉national park entrance fee, 👉snorkeling mask set and towel, 👉longtail boat tour, 👉unlimited photo taking and delivery of photos. Fiona (the English guide) was incredibly kind. Monkey (the Chinese guide) also took really great photos. There was another guide who walked around with a camera, taking pictures. They truly kept taking photos continuously. Honestly, it was worth every penny. If you can communicate a little in English, I highly recommend this over a mediocre catamaran (other tours tend to have hidden extra charges that add up). My boyfriend, who has done tours before, also said this one was much better 👍👍

Great tour, for a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. A bit tiring but it’s worth every second. Thank you a million times to everyone present on the boat for their help and service! boat condition: 10/10 safety: 10/10 guide: 10/10

Our captain was great! We booked a private tour at 3pm and everything went smoothly. We missed the crowds and the heat. We also got a perfect sunset. Definitely recommend 😊

A great day trip, absolutely recommended. We were picked up at the hotel and greeted with coffee and water upon arrival at the pier. The tour guide and the entire crew were very attentive, patient, and courteous. The trip was exactly as described, well-structured, and adapted to the weather conditions. Simply a great day.
