Our group really enjoyed the boat tour! We got direct pick-up from our resort (Panan Krabi Resort). Itinerary: We didn't stop at Maya Bay as it was closed, but our guide extended our lunch period, allowing us to walk around the beach where we had lunch and spend more time on Bamboo Island for swimming and lounging. It was a great experience, especially for someone who isn't a strong swimmer (wear your lifejacket). Scenic views on board: One point to add is that if you're on the jumbo-sized boat, it's hard to get a good view during stopovers or the entire ride if you're sitting at the back. If you're mainly there for activities like swimming and snorkeling, you don't need to sit at the front (it can also be too "bumpy bumpy" as per our guide 😂).

Sehr tolle Bootsfahrt, super Personal, wunderschöne Lage, viele Möglichkeiten zum Schwimmen und die schöne Landschaft zu betrachten.

Sehr gut organisiert (inklusive Abholung/Rückgabe), informativ, bequeme Sitze/Fahrt. Schnell/effizient/pünktlich. Viele Stopps/Zeit zum Schnorcheln, Fotos machen, Jetski fahren sowie für den Vormittagstee und das Mittagessen. Der Gastgeber war fantastisch/freundlich, die Crew war sehr zuvorkommend, geduldig und hilfsbereit. Das Mittagessen war köstlich. Schnorchel und Schwimmweste wurden gestellt. Insgesamt ein 10-Sterne-Erlebnis.

Obtained a good rate; there was a minor issue with my pickup, but once contacted, they assured me they would cover the taxi fare to Royal Marine, and I made it just in time. The coordination by the reservation team is excellent—the moment I arrived at the pickup point, they approached the driver and paid the taxi fare. 5/5 for service, it is exceptional. The waiting area is new and well-maintained, offering a decent Western breakfast, snacks, coffee, tea, restrooms, etc., much better than most others I have seen on Google. The catamaran is the best among the ones I saw that are not operated by Sawanu; the guides and staff on the catamaran are friendly, explained everything clearly, and provided assistance whenever needed. For the lunch buffet, they offered an international spread that served its purpose well, including halal food with rice, chicken curry, salad, Pad Thai, chicken soup, spaghetti, coffee, tea, and clean restrooms. There is a separate section for vegetarians. We visited all the islands, with the water slide as the final stop before returning to Phuket.

It was an interesting experience for our family of 5 to go on this tour, we got to see the beautiful water of Phi Phi and it was amazing! the buffet lunch did not disappoint, it was hot food and it taste good! our tour guide Nana is also helpful and friendly! This is our first tour as a family and it went as well as expected. you would think that 45min to 1hr was long at each location, but time flies by so quickly, to see more and experience more. I would say, if you bring children, make sure you bring lots of snacks, it can be tiring for them for a full day tour. I think for our first time experience with a tour group, it wasn’t bad at all. They are punctual and on time and all the transitioning is smooth. even though we were late at one point, they were kind to wait for us! There is one cost we didn’t anticipate, to rent the long boat at the Phi Le La Ko, so the boat can take you to visit around the island to the shallow water. we paid 3000ThB for our family, so just a heads up!

Boat condition: Clean and tidy, they provide drinks at every scenic spot, and even watermelon at the end. Onboard scenery: Mostly ocean/rock views. Tour guides: Very energetic. I remember two guides, the female one was called Sexy (she said our group was the "Sexy Family"), and the male one was O. It happened to be raining that day, and O was super hyper, dancing on Bamboo Island. O was also very dedicated to helping us take photos. Safety: Snorkeling included life vests, so it wasn't dangerous. Itinerary: During snorkeling, the guide wore flippers and pulled a large floating board. We held onto the board and put our heads down to watch the fish. There was only one snorkeling session, but it was enough. There weren't a huge number of fish, but there were some, and lots of sea urchins, and even clownfish. I didn't see the clownfish myself, but the guide took my phone down to photograph them for me to see. They were swimming around the coral, very cute. Additionally, there was one part of the itinerary where some people paid the guide extra to go up to a wooden boat for photos. We didn't pay extra, so we jumped into the sea to swim (wearing life vests).

Great tour, for a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable throughout the day. A bit tiring but it’s worth every second. Thank you a million times to everyone present on the boat for their help and service! boat condition: 10/10 safety: 10/10 guide: 10/10
