Coisas para fazer em Phra Pathom Chedi

I was paired with the guide Champ, and he was attentive, patient, helpful, and funny. He made the tour quite a lovely experience. I left my phone at one of the cafes, and he had a Grab driver drop it off at my hotel. He helped with taking pictures and shared some of the history of Thailand – the floating market and the cafes. He offered helpful suggestions on how to bargain with the locals in the market. The only thing that could have improved was the weather... I was literally soaked in sweat by the time we finished. You will definitely need a portable fan; don't risk a heat stroke trying to look cool 🙃 I met a lovely couple from Australia who made the experience a touch better. Overall, don't hesitate to book, even as a solo traveler! Just bring enough cash, water, and a fan... there are no ATMs near the locations we went. I used most of my cash in the first two markets like a dummy 😂

This time, our goal was to visit places we hadn't been before. In that sense, I'm very satisfied because this tour allowed us to go to all new places. Also, the driver was kind and punctual, which made our activities run smoothly. They even helped us when entering restaurants. Since there were only two of us this time, the cost-effectiveness for one car wasn't great, but for 3-4 people, the per-person cost would be lower, and I think it's a very good tour.

This is a great addition to any itinerary, especially since it takes you beyond Bangkok and lets you explore more. The market was fun—lots of free tastings, and the people were incredibly friendly. We also really enjoyed spending time with Evelyn. She took such good care of us and shared meaningful insights into Thai culture. The cafés we visited were exactly what we were hoping for, and it was a lovely bonus that Evelyn took such great photos of us too.
