cleanliness: was amazing hotel location: perfect spot for being close to everything

Stayed overnight @ Hotel EN Shibuya & overall it was a satisfactory experience. The location is very convenient, especially if you plan to explore Shibuya. Many shops, restaurants, and the train stations are within easy walking distance. The room is on the smaller side, but that’s expected in Tokyo & it was still reasonable for the price. For a short stay, it was perfectly adequate. One thing I didn’t particularly like was the toilet setup. It has a glass partition. although there’s a folding blind & a curtain by the door, it still felt like there was less privacy than I would prefer. On a very positive note, the staff were honest and helpful. I accidentally left my AirPods Pro in the room after checkout. I emailed them and they replied quickly, confirming they had found it and kept safe for me. I really appreciated their prompt response & honesty. Overall, a good and practical choice for a short stay in Shibuya, especially if location and price are your main considerations. 👍

渋谷エクセルホテル東急渋谷駅（徒歩10分）、一蘭（徒歩5分）、メガドン・キホーテ（徒歩7分）からすぐ。パルコの隣に位置しています。多くの有名施設に囲まれた素晴らしいロケーションです。私たちの部屋（2部屋タイプ）は、電子レンジと調理器具が備わっており、4名で利用するには比較的広々としています。唯一の欠点は、ロビー入口前に車両が乗客を降ろしたり迎えたりするための駐車場がないことです。ロビー前の道が狭いため、私たちのバンは私たちと荷物を乗せるためにその狭い道に駐車しなければならず、少し渋滞を引き起こしました。

The hotel is in a very good and convenient location.

The hotel is located on the 5th floor of Mark City (with a dedicated elevator on the ground floor). On the right side of the 5th-floor reception, there's a dedicated exit leading to the Shibuya <-> Narita Airport bus stop and the Mt. Fuji Kawaguchiko bus stop, both also on the 5th floor. Downstairs is the Hachiko statue landmark, facing the Shibuya Sky observation deck, and at the intersection of major department stores, making it a great shopping location. It's a very convenient, time-saving, and easy-to-find location for taking buses and subways. Breakfast is on the 25th floor with excellent views (basic Japanese and Western buffet options). The room has enough space by the window to open two large suitcases, and there's walking space on both sides of the bed, though it's not large. I stayed for four nights in two different room types, and the soundproofing was good. The hotel isn't new, but its location means you don't have to walk far after getting off transport to return to the hotel, which makes up for everything in terms of convenience.

This hotel is highly recommended if you need to do a lot of laundry, as a few rooms have washing machines. However, it's a bit far from the station. On the bright side, there's a convenience store on the ground floor, which is quite handy.

The hotel had a great location. It was right next to the JY train line and there were a lot of eating and shopping options nearby. It was also located on a quiet street very close to shibuya scramble. It was centrally located without being too noisy or overcrowded. The hotel also provided excellent service. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we always came back to a fresh set of towels and sheets. The airconditioning required servicing on our first day so they provided additional portable units to augment it. Overall it was an enjoyable experience to stay at this place and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible yet relaxing place to stay in the middle of shibuya.
