The recent sunset time is around 6:15 PM, and I bought a boat ticket for 6:20 PM. You can arrive 6 minutes early to rest in the lounge next to the pier, avoiding the cold wind outside. Arriving early allows you to board early and choose your seat. The lounge also has a dedicated restroom for the boat company, so you don't need to use the portable toilets on the pier. The 6:20 PM boat arrived in front of the Parliament Building just as it got completely dark (around 7 PM), allowing you to see the transition from sunset to night. I sat in the first row on the left side of the boat, and the view was perfect. Buda Castle and Fisherman's Bastion were both on the left side when it got dark. Only for the outbound journey to the Parliament Building did I need to stand up, walk to the right side to take a photo, and then return. On the return journey, the left side also faced the Parliament Building, but the boat was further away, so the photos weren't as good. This is my sharing.

I made a mistake with my reservation time, so I contacted the organizer and they changed it for me. There was a 50% change fee, but considering how much cheaper it was than joining a tour, it was a great help! It's also wonderful that you can book on the day. The scenery, needless to say, was absolutely beautiful!

It was definitely worth it. It was easy to find the pick up point. The drop point was also the same. Connectivity of transport is good. The view of the illuminated Parliament house is absolutely amazing. We crossed all the bridges and came back. Carry your earphones with you .

I highly recommend everyone to take a night cruise in Budapest! Buy your tickets on Klook and book your time in advance. I suggest arriving half an hour early to queue, as there are many people. Make sure to go to the second floor for photos, it's absolutely beautiful!

After arriving at 6:30, we waited in the waiting area for boarding, which started around 6:45. It was a full house that night, but the service was okay, with enough staff. After boarding, there was a welcome drink, followed by a 4-course meal including an appetizer, soup, main course, and dessert. The food quality was decent, not exceptionally delicious, but the experience was 100 points. The boat had transparent glass, offering beautiful scenery along the way, and the night view was 100 points! There was also a live band singing, creating a perfect atmosphere!

Every 30 minutes, there was a free guided tour where we received detailed explanations. The explanation of Jewish victims in World War II was very comprehensive. There were many photos and descriptions of famous people from Hungary, which was very educational.

Experience: Onboard, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Danube River. It's recommended to choose an evening slot so you can see both the daytime and nighttime scenery. The boat offers additional sales of drinks and hot food, with popcorn being the only hot food option.
