The hotel is right next to a subway exit and very close to Ueno JR Station. There's an elevator connecting to a pedestrian bridge for easy access. The interior is clean, and there are many dining options nearby.

Great hotel! From the front desk reception to the room size and amenities, everything was excellent! The room was spacious and new! The front desk staff also spoke English! It's not too far to walk to JR Okachimachi, JR Ueno, Keisei Ueno, Ueno Subway, Naka-Okachimachi Subway, and Ueno-Okachimachi Subway.

I've stayed at this hotel for a long time, and this is my first time booking through this platform. The booking process is similar to other common booking websites, just as easy to use, and you can also make inquiries, which is very convenient. Breakfast is also included.

The location is on the Yamanote Line, and although it's a 15-minute walk from Nippori Station, the hotel offers self-catering facilities. The best part is the in-room washer/dryer, a separate toilet, and a large refrigerator. For three travelers, there are also three single beds available. Across from the accommodation is a huge supermarket, and there's a bus stop right outside with direct service to Asakusa. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Convenient Transportation: The hotel is super convenient, only a 5-minute walk from JR Ueno Station. Service: Whether you arrive early or check out, you can store your luggage in the lobby, which is super convenient. The lobby staff are friendly and speak both Chinese and English. Cleanliness & Room: Rooms in Tokyo are typically small; you'll definitely need to slide your suitcase under the bed, otherwise there's no aisle. However, the bed was comfortable and didn't cause any itching. Other: The 1st-floor lobby provides coffee and tea 24/7, and most importantly, hot water! You can make instant noodles for a late-night snack. One day it rained, and the hotel even provided free umbrellas!

The location is excellent, just two blocks from Ueno-Okachimachi and right next to Hirokoji. Ueno Station is a five-minute walk away, making it convenient for airport access or Shinkansen travel! Although the room is small, it's very clean, and the soundproofing is good. The hotel staff are friendly and kind. There are vending machines, washing machines, and a smoking area. Overall, it's highly recommended! There are no major drawbacks to complain about!

Affordable, excellent location. The room is more spacious than other hotels in a similar location and price range. The staff provides excellent service, and there's free breakfast.
