Alles gut, außer dass das Zimmer etwas staubig ist. Da ich Sinusitis habe und empfindlich auf Staub reagiere, musste ich ständig niesen. Ein weiteres Feedback ist, dass es Einwegpantoffeln im Zimmer geben sollte, da der Boden teilweise aus Beton besteht und es im Winter sehr kalt wird. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind nett und freundlich.

Right opposite Victoria Market, the living facilities are very convenient. Downstairs at the hotel, there's self-service iced water and iced sparkling water. The kitchen equipment in the room is especially highly recommended, it has everything you need. It's also very close to supermarkets and drugstores, and there are many places to eat nearby. It's a very good choice.

I had a wonderful stay at Pegasus Apart’Hotel and would happily stay here again! The room was cleaned daily, always smelled fresh, and was equipped with useful amenities such as a microwave, kettle, kitchen utensils, and a mini refrigerator, making my stay very comfortable. Housekeeping regularly changed the towels and linens, made the bed, and refilled toiletries. A few times some coffee sachets were missed, but reception quickly sent refills when requested. I was especially impressed by the staff’s responsiveness. When my hair dryer broke, I called reception and someone came to check it immediately and provided a replacement. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, and every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and helpful. Although the view from my room wasn’t quite what I expected, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so comfortable and memorable. I will definitely be booking with you again the next time I return.

The value for money is very good, but it was very noisy because it was right next to the machine room.

The location is great, being accessible to the nearest tram, Queen Victoria Market, and Melbourne Central’s malls and restaurants. The rooms were newly renovated and the bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is good but without many options, especially if you are staying for a long time. Overall, our experience was great and we will recommend the hotel to our friends.

It is our first time to stay on an ibis hotel and it did not disappoint. The location is near the trams and train station. There are a lot of food sources nearby. The check-in/check-out was a breeze. We were able to map out where to stroll and dine with the help of the very accomodating front desk. We will surely stay again on an ibis hotel in the future.
