Such a great trip. A must do activity. Eddie was one of the best guides we have had. Perfect timing. Learnt lots. Scenery great. Stops spaced well and lots of variety. Only negative was didn't get a confirmation the night before but did get an email early morning of. Would highly recommend this day trip.

Arrived at 2:30 PM and were warmly greeted by staff who arranged for our guide, Eric, to start the activity. Since we had only booked the guided tour, the staff informed us that we could add juice and a fruit platter for an additional RM10 per person on the spot. Eric meticulously explained various fruits from around the world, picked fresh fruits from trees for us to taste and experience, and taught us how to select the best fruits in the market. It was an eye-opening experience, and we learned about many fruits we had never seen before. Finally, we couldn't get a Grab car even at 5:00 PM, so the staff helped us out. They close at 5:30 PM, and although it was more expensive, it was better than being stranded on the mountain.😅 It's recommended to call for a car as soon as you arrive or participate in an earlier activity slot.

Our guide Mr Gooi was friendly and attentive. He shared local history and took us to some interesting places like the fishing village, Balik Pulau, the durian plantation for a durian feast, and a car ride through the local scenery. Ideal for those wanting to slow down and enjoy a relaxing pace. Klook tours are reliable and offer good value for money.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Bongawan River Cruise, Sabah Amazing experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to spot both long-nosed monkeys and long-tailed monkeys along the river, which made the cruise even more exciting 🐒🌿 The scenery was beautiful throughout the journey, especially the beach stop with its peaceful, open views. The sunset was absolutely stunning, with the sky turning golden over the river 🌅 The highlight for me was definitely the fireflies at night. The mangroves lit up like a dream, and one firefly even landed on my hand — such a magical moment ✨ Big shoutout to our guides Gary, Edward, and Kevin for being friendly, helpful, and making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Sabah, this is definitely a must-do activity. Relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable.

Pengalaman yang luar biasa pergi ke Pulau Mataking dan Pom Pom. Tidak dapat singgah di Pulau Timba-Timba karena pembatasan pemerintah, namun kami singgah di suatu area untuk snorkeling. Pemandu sangat membantu mengambil foto untuk kami, kami melihat banyak penyu laut kemarin dan ikan tropis dengan terumbu karang yang indah. Juga sempat melihat ikan lepu. Kami mendapatkan pengalaman sekali seumur hidup yang luar biasa. Sangat merekomendasikan tur ini!

Love the tour. It was nice and relaxed. Our guide/boat driver was very friendly, telling stories and taking pictures of the guests. The only thing I’d like to mention is to think twice about the included lunch—it’s definitely not worth it. Lunch is served at the last stop, where there is a small café to buy soft drinks. You may want to bring some snacks or just wait until the end of the tour.

Un día tranquilo en bicicleta por el campo con un guía experto, ¡Eddie! Como decían otras reseñas, las bicicletas eran un poco viejas (el freno no era muy sensible), pero los caminos no eran demasiado difíciles/ásperos para ellas, además el asiento era lo suficientemente cómodo para el viaje. Aprendí mucho sobre lo que impulsa la economía de Malasia/Penang en este recorrido visitando varias plantaciones, granjas y pueblos. La única queja es que no hubo un correo electrónico de confirmación sobre la hora exacta de recogida más allá de lo que se indica en esta página de actividad, por lo que fue un poco desalentador estar mirando el vestíbulo constantemente buscando un autobús turístico. (es una minivan blanca con capacidad para unas 15 personas)
