My stay at Lotte Hotel World was extremely satisfying! The hotel environment was comfortable and clean, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, allowing for complete relaxation. Special thanks to Sung at the front desk, whose service attitude was friendly and professional. When we encountered issues, he handled them with great efficiency and resolved them quickly, making the entire check-in process smoother and more reassuring. Both the service quality and the comfort of the stay were impressive. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Seoul and will recommend it to friends and family. Hemos estado en diferentes hoteles en Seúl y podemos decir con seguridad que hemos tenido nuestra cuota de decepciones en nuestros viajes anteriores. Muy contentos con el Hotel in 9, dado que volamos durante el concierto de BTS en Busan y, como saben, fue una semana de locura para fans como nosotros. Éramos un grupo de 5 y quedamos muy satisfechos con el fácil check-in y check-out, las habitaciones estaban limpias, las comodidades estaban disponibles, ¡también bidé! La ubicación es excelente y el personal es amable y puede conversar bien. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Staff are accommodating and room is very clean. It is near the park which is what we like since we love to stroll around. It is also near convenient stores and coffee shops as well as the Lotte World and Mall.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel, de l'arrivée au départ. Le personnel était serviable. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable, avec des équipements complets qui ont rendu le séjour relaxant et pratique. L'emplacement était également excellent — proche des restaurants, des boutiques et des transports, ce qui a facilité l'exploration de la région. J'ai particulièrement apprécié l'atmosphère paisible et l'excellent entretien des installations. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une excellente expérience et cela en valait vraiment la peine. Je recommanderais vivement cet hôtel à quiconque recherche le confort, la commodité et un service exceptionnel. J'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau à l'avenir.

The location is very convenient, and the price is reasonable. It's easy to get to any area in Gangnam, even Seongsu-dong. The facilities are well-equipped, and I love the modern style! At night, a robot delivers water and knocks on the door, which is very gentle 🤭

Nice hotel. Near coffee shops and three convenience stores. Free bottled water and coffee. However, water is draining slowly in the shower but that's minimal issue for me.
